We had just left one hotel after not being very happy there, so we rode around looking for something nicer to stay in. The first thing I noticed when I walked up to the reservation desk to see if any rooms were available was the Sirius XM type Christian music playing in the lobby (and everywhere else in the hotel 24/7). Every employee I talked to during the stay was friendly, helpful and great to deal with. Everything was very clean, room was great, great setup for the pool and the complimentary buffet breakfast was "the best" I have ever had staying at a hotel. I actually give it a 4.5 but get put that in on this review.

We checked in with Arkia, who was very helpful. Her shirt had a label that said Susanna House, so I joked with her about that being a nice name. Afterwards when I came to the front desk for something, I called her Susanna, for several days. I then decided to find out her real name, which was Arkia. I continuously saw her doing other jobs around the hotel(probably due to covid employment issues). She is a very hard worker. Her co-worker at the front desk, whose name I don't know), also seemed to be busy at different jobs. This hotel was very clean. Due to the covid issue, they didn't clean our rooms while we were there. We left our dirty bathroom linens outside our door every morning and when we returned, there would always be a plastic bag of clean one's waiting for us. Breakfast was good, lot's of choices. The employees there were very helpful also, and kept the breakfast area clean. All in all, a great, reasonable place to stay in Branson!

This is the only place we stay at when we go to Branson. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the idea of a jacuzzi in my room. They are located on "The Strip" which makes it even convenient to get around. The free breakfast each morning is delicious and they accommodate us with a large variety while trying to take safe guards due to the Covid Virus. The young lady who we dealt with when checking in and out , Jeni, was extremely helpful and very well informed on most of the things that we inquired about. We are going back there again in August and November and look forward to staying there again.

Our family made reservations at the Lodge of the Ozarks for Tuesday through Friday. They have the most spacious, clean rooms. The staff is all friendly and willing to help in any way they can! And Mary in the cafeteria at breakfast time is absolutely 💯% the best!! She was there 2 out of 3 days we went down for breakfast. She remembered us, was so friendly and helpful, and on our last day gave us a big hug. We loved her! Most people these days don't want to be working where they are, but the staff at the lodge is happy to help in any way. God has blessed the lodge!
