We stayed two nights at the Outback Roadhouse to do some Christmas shopping in Branson. This is an older motel, but is VERY well maintained. Room was clean. Free breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. Right on the 76 strip, but set back from the road in a lovely green space. Very quiet. The heated pool was open, as...

The pub kept thumping all night and kept us from sleeping. The bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable! Like sleeping on rocks! NO WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER! But the hot tub & pool was warm and the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Just needs to be updated. It wasn't bad for the money and it was in a...

Stayed four nights and it worked very well for me. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. At check-in I was given two coupons for a free drink at the Outback Pub (great sandwiches!), one for a free appetizer at their on property steakhouse as well as a "no strings" certificate for admission to a local show! I reported a minor...

I live very near Branson but seldom venture into a town snarled with traffic and stuffed with tourist. There is a magic time, somewhere betwixt Halloween and the beginning of Christmas festivities at SDC that you can get a place in Branson, avoid crowds and enjoy the local flavour. This week was that time. Outback Roadhouse was not only budget-priced,...

We have stayed here several times. It's quiet and we love the hot tub in the back of the hotel. We have seen several deer and turkey in the small meadow near. We always get plenty of rest. Another Gem of Vintage Branson.

The hotel is somewhat dated but the rooms were VERY clean, smelled nice, beds comfy and had everything we needed. We had an adjoining room, ground floor and it worked out great with our friends. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and staff very friendly. The best thing about this place is the location of the bar and restaurant. You...

We just wanted a place to sleep for the night, nothing fancy and we got it. Clean room, no frig no micro wave but we did have a coffee pot. The breakfast was a lot better than I thought we would have. So for the price we got what we paid for. The young man up the hill at the...

The Outback is an oldy but goody and it's become our go-to place every Labor Day weekend. 3 nights/4 days this time around. This hotel is going to run you between $60-80 per night, and includes a free continental breakfast. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but its a good start to the day. We upgraded to the...

One night was too much! Ask for a 1st floor because of handicap with adjoining room, w/refrigerator, door wouldn't open between rooms and got second floor no fridge. Electric outlet broken, couldn't get back in the room after show.

Having lived near Branson for over 40 years, I recall as a kid staying at the "mom and pop" motels like the Roadhouse that lined the Hwy 76 strip. These small motels were about your only option and were well taken care of by families who ran them. I have good memories of those days some 20+ years ago but...
