Enjoyed 60th birthday lunch. Staff very attentive despite being very busy. Food as usual excellent, considering there were quite a few of us all starters, main courses and desserts were all served promptly. The only "small" negative I have is that those that chose prawn cocktail to start only had knife and fork to eat with instead of small spoon... More

First visit to the Badger for a couple of years but it's still excellent. The food is top quality with plenty of choice for our family group all served very efficiently. Good choice of ales & wines too.

Real great service and the food is beautiful. Me and my boyfriend both had the duck salad and it was cooked to perfection. Service was also really good and nothing is too much hassle. overall really great

My husband took me here for our date night. Lovely restaraunt and very attentive service. The food was delicious even though I just had the meze starter it was very well presented. It was so nice to have my wine placed in an ice bucket, it was these little touches that made our evening special.

Was passing so stopped for lunch the place is lovely and well looked after. Food was good not a vast menu and they could have more to choose from, we both had the chicken Kiev it was tasty but I think they forgot to put the garlic butter in it. I had double chocolate brownie it was ok but not... More

We were warmly welcomed and shown to a lovely clean room with comfortable bed, modern bathroom as advertised. We had booked dinner so went downstairs at the allotted time. Brusque service, we weren't informed of the soup of the day or pie of the day despite asking twice. We were never asked what we'd like to drink and after waiting... More

Saturday the 16th tried several times by phone to book a table for an early dinner, nobody answered the phone but decided to go along anyway. When we arrived, around 18:30, the place was nearly empty but when we asked about a table they said they could do nothing until 20:30 as they were busy in a tent around the... More
