I travel every week and stay at full service Marriotts in the Mid-West. This is by far the best Lounge you'll ever find! The food is unbelievable, as well as the staff members. Especially Joanne during the morning shift.

This place is my second home. Customer Service is beyond perfect. Well trained professionals understand the need of every traveler at this establishment. Devin at front desk was very friendly and accommodating when I asked if I could check in early (elite status may have helped) so I could cram as much tourist stuff into my day as possible (made it to Art Museum before Cardinals game). Excellent location! It is located directly across from the airport. I was there for a conference. The conference had more attendees sign up than expected so we not only had the two indoor conference areas but had the out tent as well for the exhibitors. Great convention center for a Chiropractic continuing education weekend. The lobby bar was a great place to chill and visit w friends and colleagues. William P was the best sever and was attentive, prompt and kind. Made sure my drink was refreshed at all times. Thanks Marriott St. Louie.

I love the lobby with awesome comfy purple chairs after a long day of business. William P. was our server multiple times and so courteous, professional and attentive...oh and funny!!! He made our trip much more fun!

We have gotten into the habit of staying at the Marriott St. Louis Airport before we leave on vacation. It is the perfect location next to the airport to park our car, stay the night and take the shuttle to the airport the next morning for our flight our. It is so very convenient and easy! This hotel has become my favorite when visiting St. Louis. Friendly staff, clean, quiet and I get lots of steps in between the two towers! Joann and Paige in the Concierge lounge are courteous , friendly and wonderful. I appreciate their interaction and attention to detail. I don't see this is many places .

I do like Marriott at St Louis Airport, the property is really cozy and people are always smiling and happy to help the customers. I come here two, three times an year and the ladies on the concierge, Mary Jane and Nelia always greet me by my first name which is really awesome. They do a great job. Thank you.
