Let me start by saying the staff that I came into contact with were all very helpful and friendly. Some of the best! The hotel common areas and exterior were clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable but the rest of the room needed some attention. The information brochures that are usually in the room were non-existent until...

This is a very nice hotel. The lobby was beautiful and modern and packed full of guests utilizing the space. Our room was very nice. I really liked the bedding; the sheets were soft and the blanket kept me warm. The bathroom was nice and modern. It is by the airport but I didn't notice any excessive noise from the...

Compared to other hotels around the airport, I'd say this is one of the best looking from the exterior. Bed and room was nice. Some finishing touches needed in the bathroom (bad lighting). The restaurant was amazing and I highly recommend the crawfish au gratin appetizer.

Booked a double queen. They over booked rooms and I got single king with rollaway, which sucked. Hotel was hosting a prom and kids were running up and down hallway all night. Front desk did nothing after several complaints. Hotel was dirty and in need of major renovations. Do not stay here!!!

Thank you for the feedback and we do apologize for the issues you experienced during you stay. We do attempt to keep the prom kids out of the guestrooms, but with parents securing rooms in their names, it is not always possible. We again apologize and hope to have another opportunity to show you the true Renaissance St. Louis experience...

Was here for a conference. It is a hotel that clearly has a priority for conferences. The staff that assisted with the conference was excellent. The meals were delicious and the turnover for conference rooms and meals was efficient. The serving staff for the conference was absolutely fantastic. It seemed, though, that our rooms had different housekeeping staff every day....

This is not the Ritz in Paris or the Laneborough in London. There are no evening Butler's to pop you popcorn or run your bath. But you don't lay out a couple of thousand dollars a night either. What you do get, if you ask, is a room with a wonderful view of Lambert International's runways. If the wind is...

This WAS our "go to" whenever flying out of St Louis, until last night. We moved to this hotel as the Marriot Airport had become a zoo. Now this place has too. We got in late and there was no longer valet parking (a plus in Stl) and the parking lot was packed..... It took about 30 minutes to find...

Thank you for the feedback. The last 3 weekend have been a bit challenging as it is Prom season. We have had up to 3 proms a night every weekend. That amount of teenagers is overwhelming. We attempt to keep them out of the guest rooms, but parents occasionally rent rooms for their kids and chaos ensues. We do apologize...

This is an amazing hotel with comfortable beds and a perfect location by the airport. The room was quiet, clean and up-to-date. Lance at the front desk did a great job taking care of us while we were there..Thanks Renaissance!!!

We have stayed at this Renaissance property once a year for 10 years or more. This visit we noted a major slip in quality. The rooms were recently remodeled to the fashionable ultra modern style and nicely done, even though the faucets are not at all ergonomically friendly. Housekeeping has slipped badly, with erratic distribution of towels (2, 3o r...

Noise from airport was significant and nonstop. I recognize this to be part of the stay, but visitors should be aware. Was not happy with the customer service received at the hotel or the management of the cliental. Prior to arrival, requested refrigerator for both rooms.
