It took me a few minutes to realize that the room we are paying $95 has no window, and no fresh air. The air conditioner feeds from the hallway. I don't want to be mean, because the people who run this are awfully sweet, but this isn't okay and I figure people should know. I'm fighting a claustrophobic panic I never knew I had. So, before you book, ask that simple question. Does the room have a window? Some do. Those are probably nice.

The Hotel was constructed in 1906 after the Great Fire destroyed everything downtown. All of the buildings are store front wide and half a block deep. The rooms with a window view are on each end of the buildings. The inner rooms have no windows. We are sorry that you were not happy with your room and apologize for not making this clear before you booked the room. Steps are being made to correct this issue so that future guests will be able to make an informed decision when choosing a room. Thank you for your feedback. We are working to correct the issues that you brought to our attention.

Wilma is very welcoming! I've been to this place a few times. It is very comfortable and adorable. Every room has a/c which is nice because it gets warm in Yazoo. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. We got a room with two queen beds and the room was still spacious.
