A lovely pub with loads of character and original features. Menu sounded lovely too and to be fair, the fish and chips ordered by the couple next to us looked beautiful. I ordered the smoked haddock and brie fish cakes with salad and new potatoes....More
Just had dinner here what a great meal had the steak with home cooked chips and onions absolutely delicious would certainly come back here again. Not only that you can also book a room to stay the night. great place
Stayed here for one night whilst visiting family. The rooms were lovey, clean and comfortable. Not the biggest room we have stayed in however, it is wheelchair friendly. It also had bottled water, coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryer and iron and ironing board....More
