Checked in and was told could not have a non smoking room even though I requested one. 1st night there fire alarm went off at 5am with no direction on what to do. Run outside no police or fire department called. Spoke to front desk and told she could not leave because she was the only one there but she...

I can't understand this hotel having a 3 star ranking!!! Our room,210, was far less. It is a king suite and very spacious. the bed was good and the towels were fluffy. The toiletries were fine. The shower did not work up to speed, there was mold around the tub. The toilet had not been properly cleaned. The lighting was...

Check in went fairly well until you got to the room and air cond. wasn't working well and Wifi wasn't working. I called the front desk to have a rude worker tell me it was because it was raining. Ok well day 2 was sunny and hot and still no wifi and air cond. still wasn't working well. I called...

Stopped here for the first time because they were offering a free buffet and $10 free rewards. The buffet was only average and certainly not worth 17.99 per person. But our food was fresh, hot and we enjoyed some of it. The casino was nice but not smoke free. Not many people here but you can still smell the smoke....

I don't think we've ever seen a casino quite like this, especially in a resort town where there is so much competition. The outside looks like it has not been painted or had any maintenance done on it in several years. The inside of the casino was dead quiet, and considering there were only maybe 5 or 6 customers it...

Accompanied my husband who was on a business trip so would not have been my choice for a few days away. This is purely a casino hotel with no other facilities i.e swimming pool, gym or outdoor seating areas. The hotel room we had was clean and comfortable although was dark and the furniture was tired and dated. I agree...

I don't usually leave bad reviews... but I can't walk away from this one. My elderly mother and I were passing through and decided to stay here. First I must point out the good: Customer service is good. EAGER to help. Having said that, I must point out that the employees cannot help that the owners will NOT pay for...

I recently stayed here on Valentines Day 2015. I was in no way satisfied with this hotel. I paid $125 + tax for one night. It was a marriott price with a motel 6 experience. The rooms were outdated! The room consisted of a old bulky tv from the 90's in an old entertainment center. It looked like it belonged...

Not only did we receive complimentary rooms and meals, but we had so much luck, and we tried all the casinos. Resorts isn't the biggest, or fanciest, but meals are free or reasonable and the fun is to be had.
