Regarding your reservation we called you twice as your credit card was declined. We are sold out on that day and after 4 P.M we authorized every one's credit card who did not check in to hotel. Your card was declined, so we called you twice and gave oppertunity to provide good credit card. You said I did not have other card and after 10 P.M I will pay cash If room is available. We said we can not hold room for late check in without good credit card. You replied cancel my reservation. That is why we cancel it.

My reservation was made online but there was a mixup with the arrival dates. Booking.com did an excellent job of trying to resolve the matter but the manager on duty at Days Inn (KD) was not as accommodating. My reservation was for one night. He did not want to honor the rate

Regarding your reservation that you first booked your room for one king bed for checking on 1/23/19 to 1/25/19 one king bed room under advance purchase rate plan online. Advance purchase rate is available with 20% discount and you have to book minimum 7 days ahead of your arrival date. After then you change your mind and booked online another room type double bed room for checking on same day on 1/14/19 to 1/15/19. On same day of arrival advance purchase rate will not be offer and also for different room type you have to pay rate difference. Also once you booked room under advance purchase rate then after it will be charged as it is non refundable, non cancellable rate plan even we weave that penalty for you Rest assured your comments will be shared with our team, and it’s through comments such as yours that we’re able to improve.
