My husband and I wanted to have a little "stay-cation" for NYE so we checked into the Z! We had an amazing stay at this cozy b&b! The rustic decor was so beautifully done and the innkeepers were so friendly! Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be visiting here again!

I was looking for a nearby getaway, somewhere quiet but with enough to do/explore for a day or two. Oxford was a great pick, and The Z was within walking distance of everything we could possibly want to do in town. Annie and Thaddeus were wonderful hosts, and everything at The Z was beautiful and perfect for our trip.

By far the nicest, coziest and romantic places I've ever stayed. Banana muffins at breakfast were wonderful! Great walking distance to and from the game--awesome hosts. Beautiful decor! Will be back!!

Very nice home with comfortable room. The owners are very kind and accommodating. They had wine and cocktails available in the evening. You could sit on the front porch swing and relax. Location is in a pretty neighborhood within walking distance to the Square. This is a plus since parking spots in the Square are hard to find. Breakfast was...

After reading about Oxford, we decided it was worth spending our vacation there. We chose The Z after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures on Trip Advisor. We loved it! It was the perfect place for our first bed-and-breakfast adventure. Annie's cookies were incredible, and Thad gave us great advice on restaurants and the local flavor. During our...

I would have to say this was one of the more awkward experiences we have had at a B&B. Although I called ahead to let our hosts know of our anticipated arrival time, there was no one to greet us. I had to finally call Annie on my cell phone from the downstairs portion of the house, after which Thad...

Colleen-- First, I would like to express how much we enjoyed having you and Robert at The Z! What lovely guests! I will say I am not sure that "awkward" would be the correct adjective in regards to your check-in. You called me to say you had made it to The Z and I was not available so I immediately...

Annie was always very easy to communicate with. We stayed at the Z Shanty for 1 night and was pleasantly surprised that we had the house to ourselves! The place was very charming with ecclectic furnishings and the king bed was very very comfortable! Location location location!!! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family!...

My wife, Rooster the golden retriever, and I planned an overnight stopover in Oxford as part of a longer road trip. The Z could not have been better for our purposes - seamless arrival/check-in, well-appointed accommodations, and a location that cannot be beat. Annie and Thad were available but not overbearing, and fixed a mean breakfast. We would definitely stay...

The Z was the perfect stopover for our trip from NOLA to Nashville. The accommodation was immaculate and the hosts, Annie and Hooper, were incredibly friendly. Oxford is a charming small town to spend some time and The Z is best place to stay!
