Small boutique hotel. Very clean with lots of amenities. Restaurant is only open for lunch. Gardens look well kept. Free breakfast was nice and very good. We will be back in warmer weather to visit the roof top bar and gardens.

Clean, old-fashioned (which I like) hotel. The room was quite large and ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great views of downtown Jackson. Parking was free and available very close to the front door. Breakfast was DELICIOUS.

It's only about a 15 minute walk. Most of the route is pedestrian-friendly, and some parts are quite pretty. But walk it only in daylight. Before your trip, definitely contact the Capitol Inn staff to get better information... More
