A Friday night, by myself, in town for a sports event and very convenient to my venue. The staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was included and much better than the usual. The dining area was well used but functional. The property & room? Oh my goodness. Worn out. Needed an infusion of cash for updating 20 years ago. Who...

When I'm in Jackson, I always stay at one of the Cabot Lodges. This hotel was close to where I had to be each day and close to some restaurants. Especially after a long day, if you don't like to go further north in Jackson looking for a place to eat.

We stayed here the night before a surgery as it is close to both St. Dominic's and and UMMC. Our stay was more than comfortable and certainly more than adequate for our needs. The room was comfortable and the lounge area near the front desk was very nicely decorated. Also, both of the gentlemen who assisted at the front desk...

The room was calm and peaceful, clean and comfortable (despite the bathroom being rather small); the breakfast substantial & the 'happy - hour' most welcome! The staff, especilaly Steve on the desk & Beatrice at breakfast were always kind and caring , but the greatest accolade must go to James the Manager who spent nearly an hour with Delta getting...

Really good location, safe, affordable(if you book on priceline). Very friendly, helpful staff. When I called to tell them I had booked online it was around 2am and their 11 to 7am lady was very helpful. Plus when I got there I was allowed to check in early. The breakfast was tasty and the decor was classic. There was one...

That's it.. Nice lobby! Place was dirty. Turned the bottom of my feet black. Also it felt like 30-40% of the guest lived there full time. Lots of foot traffic up and down the halls. Also locals say it's a bad neighborhood. We changed hotels as soon as we could. Nice lobby though.

Clean, Safe and very friendly place to stay ... especially Tywanna Bell, Anette Robson, Gloria Smith and Linda Sutton. There was 24 hr security in the parking lot and every body was very helpful, a very nice change from many other hotels. A good breakfast and 24 hour quality coffee/hot choclate was divine. Centrally located close to downtown.

Although the lobby areas seemed fine, our room was uber basic and outdated. 3 of the 4 lamps didn't work, which made for trouble with our late arrival, especially since there was no overhead light. Tub/shower plumbing was loose in the wall.

We spent one night here while attending a play at Thalia Mara Hall. We stayed here with six other couples. When we arrived at Cabot Lodge, we checked in and then went into a large room off the lobby, where our friends were already taking advantage of the free drinks and freshly popped popcorn, which was also "on the house."...

The hotel is old but in pretty good shape. Lobby has a ski lodge feel to it. They have a happy hour and no charge for the beer. The breakfaat is pretty good. The hotel is in a good location. Close to restaurants. Drago's and Logans across the street
