We stayed at Magnolia Grove B&B last week during our trip to the area for a wedding. Tom made us feel like we were visiting a relative and his wife prepared two days (that's 8 courses!) of amazing breakfast treats. We were also delighted to find a special desert waiting for us each evening. Tom takes a lot of pride... More

As part of our roundtrip through the southern part of the USA we had a wonderful 2 nights stay at the Magnolia. The house is great, you can feel the history! The food was wonderful, for sure the best breakfasts we had during our holiday. And Tom made us feel at home, specially during the interesting talks we had at... More

If you like history and charm, great home made multi-course breakfasts, a/c and close access to Memphis, stay here. Our hosts were wonderful, the room, comfortable and cool (and boy, was it hot outside!). Nice afternoon baked goods, cold drinks, coffee available. Great value too!

This was a great place to stay close to Memphis. They were so friendly and helpful. Made recommendations of things to do and places to go. Great Breakfast in the morning and yummy snack left for us a night. Loved it.

We were in Hernando for a wedding, so we opted to try Magnolia Grove over a traditional hotel. We knew the house was nice from the photos online, but the pictures don't do it justice. The house is loaded with history, and the hosts are more than willing to share as much about it as you'd care to know. Being... More

We were looking for hotels near Graceland but we're told the surrounding area wasn't particularly safe to venture our at night. We didn't want a chain hotel and this bed and breakfast came up as being close to Gracelands, despite being in a different state. We fell in love with the look of it. On arrival, we pulled into the... More

Thank you for your wonderful review We enjoyed having you with us. Had I known you require total darkness I would not have suggested the upgrade as Jason's and Suzanne's rooms are the darkest ones at night. Our other two rooms on the front of the house not only have our outside lights but the city street lights and other... More

Our recent stay at Magnolia Grove B&B was the 4th or 5th visit, but who's counting? Each time is as magical as the one before. Tom, the proprietor and host, has become a friend. His wife, Miss Ellen, is an awesome chef whose breakfast creations continue to amaze us. The room (Suzanne's room) with the delightful balcony, is comfortable and... More

My family and I stayed at Magnolia Grove for our family road trip this spring break while we were visiting Memphis. It was a nice distance from Memphis to make it an easy travel but also far enough away that we didn't have to worry about being amidst the hectic city nightlife. The owners were very welcoming when we first... More

Kind couple; clean, comfortable, and charming rooms; fantastic breakfast. Don't balk at its Mississippi location - very close to Memphis, and an easy drive. Will definitely return if ever planning another visit nearby.
