Nice but not a hotel: no front desk, none of the usual on-site amenities for real hotels in this price range, such as on-site fitness center or pool. The claimed 'restaurant/bar/lounge' is not at this address (it's next door, so not available to guests free of charge as would be the usual hotel lounge). Good concept, but overpriced and they misrepresent themselves for example on hotels.com. Guests pointing this out receive in response snide comments from the owners.
This hotel is a great innovation, built to help refresh downtown Greenville. Huge, comfy rooms, like an apartment, and clothing washer and dryer in each room. And registration and log in is purely via email and your mobile phone. There’s no lobby. Make a reservation via email or phone and get back the codes needed to get in whenever you’re ready. Highly recommend it We stayed here in prep for the Mississippi River Marathon and it was a super short walk from the start (bus ride) and the finish.
Upon opening the door I Immediately knew it was an excellent choice. The atmosphere is above all others. Private, secure and comfortable. The in room laundry facilities are an added bonus. My go-to spot in the Delta!
Greenville may not be THE place to go, but these lofts are for sure! We have stayed in Suite #213, a very modern, very stylish apartment and just enjoyed a great time. It was very clean as well and easy accessible with codes.
Large space in downtown Greenville. Clean and modern/industrial style accommodation. Kind staff and plenty of amenities. Good for relaxing and private travel and reasonably priced. Don't shy away from the brown-tinged tap water. As the management notes, it is the nature of it having run through the aquifer and is totally safe. Full kitchen is nice, but ask if you plan to cook, as mine was not stocked with any cookware or plates, etc.
