The whole experience is amazing! We arrived and Ken and Super Star were there to meet us in the truck, we were treated like royalty! The staff at the camp are so wonderful! The tents are fantastic! We slept like babies each night. The early morning starts for the safari drives is a bit rough but once you're out there...

We live in Kenya and over the last three years have stayed in lots of lovely camps, but I believe that Cottar's outshined them all. Cosy and comfortable tents, picturesque extensive grounds, fantastic and very well presented meals - we knew we'd find it all there. All the extra activities offered at the camp came as a very nice surprise...

Cottar's provided a great first safari and travel experience in Maasai Mara and Kenya. Our guide (Mako), a local Maasai, did a wonderful job of locating wildlife, teaching us about the animals and helping us appreciate many aspects of local life. Rooms/tents are very clean and nicely decorated. The food was excellent and kitchen staff very accommodating! There are many...

This camp exceeded my expectations by far. Not only the quality and uniqueness of the lodging itself, but the kindness of the staff and their dedication to the land and wildlife makes this place stand out from the others. The guides were also top notch, and we saw more wildlife on the drives than I thought possible (even a Pangolin!)...

That's what we love to hear! This is fantastic, thank you. I can't believe you saw a Pangolin, very rare, if you have some photos we would love to share them. I'm so glad that you had such a lovely time. Hopefully we'll see you again soon. All the best, Calvin

The Location is perfect. the staff is the best, friendliest and most knowledgeable you'll find. oh, the meals are incredible too. I have no idea how they do it. they provide all of the comforts you would expect in a really nice hotel, while retaining the close touch of the natural environment that surrounds you.

My husband and I stayed at Cottar's for 3 nights in February 2017. The experience was truly amazing. Our tent was luxuriously comfortable with a gorgeous view of the valley. We could see zebras and other animals right from the tent. We fell asleep to the sounds of the wild and awoke to them as well. Every meal was delicious...

Where shall I start?! Our family of ten stayed at Cottar's House over the Christmas period. All of the staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The house was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of places for us all to congregate together after a day's driving. Chef did an amazing job of keeping us...
