I paid a premium price to stay here and It wasnt worth the money. Regency Inn and Suites are more in comparison to a motel 6. Rooms are dated, very small tv, and the breakfast was not good(not a lot to choose from). However, the customer service was great.

Overall it was a decent stay, the staff helped whenever they could with whatever was asked. I recommend this for few days no more than 4 unless necessary. I was there almost two weeks so i grew tired of it after the 1st couple of nights

The rooms and staff at Regency Inn & Suites is really great. All the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel like you're an appreciated guest. This was a last minute trip, after reading the reviews I was a little hesitate about booking here. I'm glad I did, I booked on our way down there, called when I got there (3 hours later) spoke with Meghan who did everything to accommodate us. The room was clean and spacious.

I stayed over this hotel because my comp at imperail palace was maxed out... they recommended us to go to regency... the staff was very friendly, the room had a very transitional feel with all new led lighting and I home so contemporary yet cozy. I recommend anybody who would be visiting Biloxi to come and stay at this property

Very clean place, wifi service not reliable, room key cards had to be reprogrammed too many times when we returned to hotel, comfortable bed though, house keeping was very friendly and helpful, always had a pleasant smell too
