Booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we arrived late on an evening flight and had a flight out the next day and it was cheap. Actually it is not that convenient as it is a 20 minute, $35 taxi ride away, but the closer Ibis is more expensive. Like most hotels of this type it...

I understand this is a budget hotel, however even budget hotels must have a level for standards. Firstly, I do not believe the rooms are worth $90 / night. I would probably only pay $70/night at a maximum. It's a small room, with a window that barely opens to allow fresh air in, loud air con system, and a tiny...

Unfortunately arrived in Melbourne on Chinese New Year, and every other hotel was booked out. So the only choice (maybe the other choice would have been better - stay at home), was this apology of an hotel. Maybe one should send the physiotherapist bill to them for the bad back gained after one night trying to sleep in their so...

Stayed barely 6 hours, The sheets were dirty and surrounding noisy. Room did not have soap and had to ask reception for it and received the strangest annoyed look from him. Also, no travel shampoo either. overall, I have stayed at other hotels at same price but this is the most uncomfortable stay.

The price was fine for the accommodation and we had two clean rooms. The beds were neatly made and well presented. The reception staff was polite and helpful. The booking online process was easy. Just need to have more secure windows for sound block out.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (including hostels). Having arrived at 2.30am, the machine outside for out of ours check in had a sign on saying it was no longer in use (clearly no attempt to fix it) and I had to wait outside for 10 minutes for the night manager to check me...

No frills hotel indeed. Cannot complain for the price! Great location for us (right on the ring road). Stayed twice in this hotel, and, whilst basic, slept well both times. Bed is ok, sheets are clean, water in bathroom is hot, parking is available and free. It does suffer from road noise and also the train which runs next door,...

I arrived at this hotel to find a group of about 10 people locked outside waiting to get in. There was nobody there even though it was made very obvious upon booking the room that we would be able to check in at any time. This hotel it near the Melbourne airport...it's what they do. We are unable to check...
