We stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend and it met all of our needs. We were happy that it was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of a language barrier, the man at the counter did not speak English, but we managed to communicate enough for all of our needs. It was...

It does look like this hotel is past it's prime. And it is. We stayed only because the hotel allowed us to have 3 pets in the room and a reasonable fee ($15), although the dogs could not have made anything in that room worse. The first room we were given smelled of stale cigarettes. The second room smelled better,...

My mother and I tried to stay here..... after 2 different rooms later we checked out and got a refund for our week reservation. I have stayed in some pretty bad hotels when i was younger and didnt know any better. The place is under new ownership, hopefully they will remodel and get rid of the full time rental tenents....

It's pretty dirty and things are falling apart here, tho it looks like it was nice, once. Used to have a pool and restaurant but not now. Town really has nowhere to eat except barely functioning chains of fast food. Back to the motel- no ice, broken everything. The staff was sort of friendly, if you don't mind rough women!...

My stay at the Northeast College Inn while training as manager for a local dept store was awesome! I was there over a month and my stay was more then satisfying. The staff was amazing from the Manager to the front desk clerks to the housekeeping staff. They all made my stay as comfortable as possible. My room was cleaned...

I stayed there when I worked out of Booneville a few years ago. The staff were laid back and nice. The cable, showers and beds were always clean. It was a good experience overall....never had a problem while I was there.

you need to upgrade your tvs and cable there are guest that like to watch HBO, Food Network, HGTV , HALLMARK , ABC , and ETC...... . THE ABC channel does not work. the cleaning crew are smart butts. The main manager and the maintenance aren't nice to people who are staying in the motel.

Our stay here was unplanned. We had reservations in Tupelo but had to change plans after a tornado ripped through Tupelo. The Inn staff were pleasant and helpful. This motel, once a Best Western, was lacking in upkeep and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep. It was quiet in spite of lots of guests....

I was in town for business. I can't compare this property with other hotels in the area. Positives: The front desk staff was cheerful, helpful, and generally positive - that goes a LONG way in my book. The hotel is centrally located in Booneville. It was inexpensive. Free continental breakfast. Negatives: The room was run down - draft around the...

“Do not take a corner room, When people walk or run up the stairs it sounds as if the wall of your room is caving in. A lot of late night arrivals going up and down the stairway will wake you up for sure and they have a few people that are monthly renters who forget or don't realize others may be sleeping travelers, stay away from the corner rooms, otherwise it is quiet on the ground floor. :)”
