We very much enjoyed the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino: 1. The location, the layout, and the general atmosphere of the entire facility are excellent. 2. The overall service was very good: Most employees were friendly and pleasant. Several employees were not overly helpful and seemed more interested in their own individual work than in helping customers. For instance, when we were at the reception desk, when we arrived, although four employees seemed to be at their stations, only one person bothered to acknowledge our presence. The situation was similar at the Host Desk. 3. The rooms are very good, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our only issue was that the bed sheet had a clean, but somewhat disgusting stain on it. It was not exchanged the following day. The television was okay, but there was a $12.99 charge for movies. 4. The shops and restaurants were good, certainly not excellent. Prices were uniformly high. 5. The pool and the pool area were the highlights of the hotel. We thought they were excellent. 6. The casino was indistinguishable from any Las Vegas venue and was very good. 7. No live entertainment was offered during the weekdays. We would return.

The Beau Rivage gets better everytime (even when I lose). As a retired senior, comfort has become one of the most important things in my life. I want things to be easy, relaxing, and comfortable with a little luxury thrown in. My last visit to the Beau epitomized the best of all of these. The newly refurbished rooms were extremely comfortable - the beds and pillows were made to sink into layers of comfort. The service was impeccable. I want to particularly applaud Ernie Lestrade, the Assistant Slot Shift Manager at the Beau. He took being pro- active and pleasing the customer to another level. He noticed that I was having trouble with my player's card in a machine. He came over and tried my card in different machines and it became clear my card was working but the machine I was on was not. He called a repairman and he came in a snap. He was unable to repair machine quickly so we moved to another machine. As we were playing Ernie came over and said he was sorry our machine could not be fixed and for the inconvenience gave me a food voucher. This was not needed but made me feel very special. I would highly recommend the Beau for people who enjoy the best things in life.

Beau Rivage has become increasingly disappointing. It's understandable that the buffet is being renovated, but the snack bar at the back of the casino is the only late-night option. Apparently, there are no standards for this place. We waited in line about 30 minutes to order at about 12:30 a.m. I wanted to order a BLT from the menu but was told that they stop serving BLT's at 11:00 p.m. You can order a club sandwich with bacon on it, but not a BLT, so I ordered something else. My sister (who ordered directly behind me but with a different cashier) was able to order a BLT. Management can't decide to cook more bacon beforehand so that they can offer the BLT? A medium sized soft drink is $5, or $7 if you want a refill. Seriously?? They don't even have Diet Coke! So, a Diet Pepsi costs as much as a glass of wine?? This is outrageous, and I simply won't pay it out of principle. So, I ate my sandwich without a drink -- not very enjoyable. And after playing all day, their system couldn't process payment through card comps because of the hack, so I had to pay cash. Under those circumstances, they should have been giving sandwiches and drinks away. We waited at least 45 minutes for two sandwiches and a cup of gumbo and had to sit at a filthy dirty table with empty wine glasses and soft drink cups from people who had sat there before. During the entire time we were there, not one person cleaned a table! It was disgusting. The floor was dirty. The snack bar is painfully slow and completely inefficient. There are only about 10 small tables -- completely inadequate for a casino of that size. I get the feeling that Beau Rivage does not operate the snack bar, but likely leases out the space. Whoever is managing this is ruining Beau Rivage's reputation. It is pitiful for a renowned casino to allow this to take place. It is a direct reflection on Beau Rivage. I hate to say it after many years of patronage, but Island View is head and shoulders above this. They have every type of slot machine you would ever want to play, their restaurants are top notch (including the C & G Grill), a soft drink in the grill is $2.95, there are free fountain drink machines throughout the casino, there is an entire casino on the beach side devoted to non-smoking, the BeachView is brand new and immaculate, and when I wash my hands in the bathroom, I can actually get enough soap and water pressure to get the job done. The new bathrooms in Beau Rivage are terrible as far as functionality. Finally, their tolerant policies are ruining the experience for me. They allow children in the restaurants and dogs in the hotel. I don't want to sleep in a room that had someone's huge dog in it. Every time I go there, I see large dogs walking through the building with owners who obviously don't look like they need a support animal. I'm about giving up on Beau Rivage. There really is no reason to go there when there are better options. Sorry to say...

I came in on suncountry charter for a 3 night stay. Despite the cyber hack everything was smoothe. Arrival was fast from airport to shuttle to check in. Everything was ready and organized. The deluxe room I stayed in on 12th floor had a scenic view of surrounding area. Room is modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. Property is big and there is plenty of slot variety.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO HOSPITALITY. 2 HR WAIT TO CHECK IN BECAUSE LINE WAS ALL THE WAY BACK TO CASINO. THE CASINO PEOPLE SNAP AT YOU FOR ASKING A QUESTION . I WILL NEVER RETURN TO BILOXI MS. For the price you pay for your rooms you should have better employees showing respect. No restaurants after midnight. When ppl are gambling they don't wanna have to worry about oh I need to stop gambling and go find food. People that drink all night want real food besides this Cafe snack bar. The pizza was absolutely disgusting and high priced. They lost our luggage that had our medication in it. My pawpaw has a bad heart and if he was having chest pains he needs his medication.

I have stayed here a few times for business but have been able to enjoy some of the perks. The pool area is amazing, friendly staff and very accommodating. Most nights there is some sort of entertainment in the bar area to just sit and enjoy. Although the restaurants are great the downfall is that it is very hard to get a seat. Overall, a great place to stay and would stay again!

Took a quick trip to Biloxi and founf the Beaux Rivage Casino & Hotel a grest spot to visit. The accommodations were superb and the Biloxi Gulfport area was filled with things to do and places to see. The gaming floor offered opportunities to gamble a variety of slots and tables with exciting people. Can't wait to return

We arrived late on a Monday evening. The Buffett was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. We left Thursday morning. Why would you (MGM) book customers coming in and NOT have the ability to serve meals? It may not be an issue for you, but I am diabetic. I have to eat. When I discovered the Buffett was closed, I immediately went to the Steak House. Even though the place was completely empty, we were told that it was a 4hr wait. I then went to Jia's. Same thing; the place was almost empty, but I was told that I had to wait 4.5hrs. I went to the restaurant in the front and was able to get seated (only to receive the worst service). We waited for our food 50mins before I got up and addressed the waiter. They failed to enter our order. It was well over an hour before our meals arrived at the table. I received my meal, but they didn't bring my friends meal out for another 20 minutes.

First trip to Beau Rivage thru the junket. 30th Wedding Anniversary. Paid full price because we were new to MGM rewards. Slots were tight. No one actively winning jackpots. Three nights we gambled hard spending about 24 total hours in the casino to lose money and earn $10 in free play. Hard to find cocktail waitress while actively gaming then had to wait 20-30 minutes to get drinks. Really wanted to love this place but paying full price and not winning is tough to swallow. Might go back if trip was not full price next time. Walked to the Hard Rock next door and won enough to keep playing unlike Beau Rivage.
