Couldn’t open the door with code given. I called Capital resorts and no one answered. I anticipated this being a problem as I have been here before and have seen other couples having problems entering. I even asked capital the day before what number to call. I was told the number I called on it would go to the back line. It did not. My husband spoke to a resident here and he gave us a number to call. Apparently the door was not programmed as I was asked for the code. Only then I could open the door after it was programmed. Thank goodness we found a resident to help us. We entered the unit and immediately found out the washer, garbage disposal and ice maker was broken. Yesterday they replaced the garbage disposal. I’m still waiting for them to fix the washer and and ice maker. There is no water coming to the ice machine. I had to scrub the dishes and pots since they had dried food on them. They left nothing to clean dishes with other than a rag. My feet were dirty after walking on the floors. I sent my husband to get ice, a mop, cleaning solutions & a pot scraper. My account was credited with 10,000 extra points. They need to credit my whole stay. I even found a roach on the floor. I would not recommend at all.

Was invited to view a property in Orlando, FL by Capital Resorts. Paid $99 to gain a 3 day 2 night RESORT. Was told I’d be refunded my $99, receive a cruise package for the Bahamas just to come and see the presentation. Was sold the idea that we’d be enjoying a nice, comfortable Resort style Suite, and got LITERALLY, a cheap hotel. The entire building needs renovating, from the carpet, to the ice machine, to the walls and furniture. I was embarrassed to go there and call ourselves having a nice stay at a RESORT. Was not that at all. So, I called the rep, and he replies, “we never said we’d put you in a 2 bedroom suite; sorry if that’s what you expected!” No, it was not what I expected, but I did expect to stay in a place considerably better than a place I could get for $65 on Hotels.com (yes, we looked it up!). Also, my $99 refund ended up being a $99 Voucher (not a check or cash refund as promised), I had to pay an additional $40 when I arrived as a resort fee, and paid a $50 hold which they did refund. The second I arrived, I was so upset, I had no interest in what was bound to be a snake oil pitch for their properties. I put out almost $200 to stay in a low budget, run down, renovated hotel and they saw no problem with it. I stayed 1 night because I wasn’t putting any more money into this Crap. I could’ve made a better presentation by reserving a better hotel. It would’ve at least made me give the company the benefit of the doubt about the REAL property. But their initial presentation with this ridiculous Grand Orlando Resort was enough to tell me, this company is a sham. I told the rep on the phone, because of this sorry room, and accommodations, I can see this is a classless company, and I have no desire to purchase their timeshare. I went to the presentation just to hold up my end of the bargain, and recoup all that was owed me. Bottom line, please do not waste your time with this.....company (won’t say what I should)! Horrible everything!!!Pissed!

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but our week here has been so nice. We arrived after 4 pm and the office was closed but security was able to get us into our unit in a timely manner. Very nice and friendly security. Our unit was a 2 bedroom unit and is very nice. We are used to king size beds and as we are both "king size" the queen bed was a bit of a challenge for us. We had thought we would be swimming but our pool thermometer showed a pool temp of 68 degrees so we did not. Beautiful pool area though and beautiful grounds. Our unit was on the ground floor which we really like and everything in the unit was updated and very nice except for the washing machine which we had not planned on using anyway. They were going to order a part for this though. The kitchen had the most storage area that I have seen in condos and plenty of extra trash bags, towels, soaps and other things. Very nice place and we would stay here again.

We stayed here for a week in February, nice condo with a good location, although the name can be a little deceiving if you are really wanting to be in an ocean view room. It was nice and quiet, I think we seen 3 other people in the walkways the entire week we were there even though the parking lot was full of cars. Would definitely go back.
