Love this resort. It's very nice and right across the street from the gulf. I have stayed here several time and the staff is always super nice. The resort is conveniently located to see the different sites in Biloxi.

Selena, Allison and Deb were all great and this is the first time since my original visit 22 years ago. Many renovations and the roominess is exceptional. Very quiet except for the sirens which can't be avoided anywhere on the strip. Also, the trains which wasn't a factor this time since we were on the front. In 22 years they've added a superb pool, bbq gazebo, tennis and shower at the pool. This is one of the last trips my late wife had and we were treated so well then. True today. They even allowed me to post a little bookmark with the title of my novel "Shakespeare's Secrets" by Aaron F. Tatum (check the excellent reviews on amazon) In booking, they were particularly caring for me on my sleep problems going for a quiet location and further away from other doors. It's an amazing building in itself considering the wall thickness to withstand hurricanes. Reminds me of building in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It's a resort I put in the top ten I've stayed in and being a member for nearly 40 years I've been to at least 200 resorts in the N. Hemishpere.

This location is right on the Gulf Coast. It is close to the freeway and food options within driving distance. It's a little out-dated. The TVs were small, not HD, and just basic cable. The balconies were being fixed for some of the units, but unusable. No mid-week cleaning provided. The wi-fi was good and free. We spent most of our vacation visitng with local friends at their place so primarily used to just sleep.

Friendly staff, clean unit, building needs some upgrades, especially in need of repair to the balconies which couldn't be used do rusted framework. Some repair work was being done while we were there so I would assume by this next summer the building will be in good shape.

The Staff is great and the location is ideal. My only complaint is the carpet in the unit is dirty. I would still highly recommend it as a vacation get away. I felt safe and the staff was always ready to assist in any way.
