The Mississippi Gaming Commission ordered that casinos within Mississippi, including Harrah’s Gulf Coast, suspend gaming operations effective at midnight on March 17, 2020. The decision was made out of concern for public health. To date, there have not been any reported cases of COVID-19 at Harrah’s Gulf Coast. Harrah’s Gulf Coast will continue to work with our state and local leaders and our team members to get through this difficult time together. Harrah’s Gulf Coast will work with the Mississippi Gaming Commission to execute a smooth closing process and will reopen as soon as the state gaming commission determines it is appropriate to do so.

I was very disappointed in Harrahs casino on my visit from 7/20 to 7/23/2021. I understand things are different post covid and I understand that they don't offer valet parking you have to self park and drag your luggage to the lobby of the hotel. But, no housekeeping, no room service, not even a coffee pot in the room. I didn't see anyone wiping down or sanitizing the casino or lobby. Food was below harrahs standards . I have been a rewards member since the casino opened in Atlantic city and enjoyed by visits to there casinos in biloxi, Atlantic city, and Las Vegas. But after this trip I would not recommend Harrahs if you are planning a trip to biloxi. Also I was on the 2nd floor which must be the pet floor since dogs were barking during the night and I may have gotten flea bites on my arms.

Our room had a terrible odor. It made me sick to my stomach . It was hard to breath . There was some type of leak in the bathroom . Our room was ready and we were charged an early check in fee. The pool was super nice and we definitely enjoyed it . The staff were friendly and kind. They were helpful as well.

When we checked in to our room, the toilet in our bathroom had POOP smeared all over the outside of the bowl. (I have photos) Went down to the front desk to show pictures & to asked that the bathroom be thoroughly disinfected. Bath mat was a tattered mess; had a softball sized hole in it. (Also have pictures.) Sheets were stained and dirty. There were greasy napkins in the dresser drawer. The carpet in our room was wet. We had to use our extra towels to lay on the floor to walk on. Little did we know there is NO housekeeping service and we were not to get new towels during our 4 day stay!! We had to call for fresh towels. No coffee pot in rooms. Food in the only sit-down restaurant that open for breakfast and lunch (other than steak & shake) had sub-par food. We have stayed here before but it has gone WAY down hill. Have NO plans to return. Beau Rivage and Hard Rock will get our business next time we visit Biloxi and the Gulf Coast.

Came on a charter and the front desk girl gave me the wrong name when I asked her for her name ...she told me "Natashia" and I found out it was Briana..( I overheard another worker saying her name) --Not sure why she had her name tag covered , but possibly because she has other complaints ..I did hear other comments about how rude she was..I simply asked what the incidental hold was ..she told me the wrong amount...then I saw that my credit card was charged $300 and when I asked her about why I got charged $300 on my credit card , she said in a nasty tone'"I have no idea, I do not work the charters" HUH? She was one of the 3 people that checked everyone in at the front desk when they charter arrived..so at least be polite when you provide incorrect information to your guests! She was rude and her demeanor was not what customer service should be... Everything else and everyother worker that I experienced was pleasant and I loved everything ..But must say she Natashia -Briana left a sour taste! I did try getting a hold of the general manager's asst back In April but didnt have any luck, as this is somthing that should be addressed..Customer service should be #1 priority.. If you dont like people she shoudlnt be in a "people field" --
