Have stayed at this property for years. Were even "during Covid" after the hotel reopened and understood that no one would enter the room until we left. However, now is time for housekeeping to resume daily cleaning. Ist room we were assigned no hot water in the bathroom. Housekeeping missed this?? Second room carpet very dirty a/c didn't work properly and the room air purifier didn't work at all. Harrah's/Caesar's you are better than this. Questionable if we will be back. We have staying with you more than 20 years. This was most disappointing. The casino was better taken care of than the hotel rooms.
We stayed at Harrah’s Aug 2-4 and had an amazing time. The rooms were older but very clean. We had no issues. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful. The casino has a good variety of machines. We will definitely return
The negative reviews of this casino/hotel are totally wrong. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here recently. Room was updated and clean, casino was packed for the football weekend and the bar video poker machines are the most recent available to play. Even got to play the Great Bear golf course on Harrahs. Food was good and fabulous depending on where your ate. TBT was fun and good. We will definitely be back.
Hidden fees rude staff unable to accommodate as they stated they could the hotel registration staff just plain rude so sad. Worst experience I have had in a very long time. A Online rate of 90.00 turned into 144.00 with a 100.00 deposit that takes 8 to 10 days to be returned to your account.
Where do i start? We went on a Total Rewards Junket to Biloxi. A great deal for 2 people. Unfortunately we had to stay at Harrahs. To say the hotel itself along with the rooms need some work is an understatement. Service was so so. Had to call 3 times for towels. We never ate there because there’s a hundred places in Biloxi to eat and Harrahs just never made the list. Starbucks closes at 2PM. Which was OK because their coffee was 50% more than the Starbucks in the other hotels/casinos. Now to the casino. We spent a total of 60 minutes in there over a 3 1/2 day period. Old, dark, outdated and smokey compared to the 5 other casinos we spent our time in. Bottom line, there are many other hotels/casinos to stay at in Biloxi. I would not make this my choice in the future.
First of all, the staff that greeted us at the airport & shuttle bus drivers and everyone who had anything to do with the charter package did an amazing job. The pool set up looks great but we didn't get to utilize as it rained everyday almost all day. Let's just get to the room which was on the 10th floor. Interesting view from our window. Yes it smelled very musty & was very dusty but I came prepared with bath and body room spray. I also came prepared with lysol. The sheets had a "stain" on them🤮🤢 and the mattress well it needs destroyed. The carpet also needs a deep clean. So make sure YOU CHECK THE BED 🛌.
First experience in a Caesar's pet room. Surprisingly nice. Went in with lowered expectations planning on a smelly room with hair and stains. Getting off the elevator and walking the hall was like that, but not the room. Not as nice as the others, but I wouldn't expect that in a pet room. No pet fee on top of that was all the better. Overall a nice stay, but don't go with expectations of a Vegas Caesar's property. No comparison.
Room smelled musty. Get rid of carpet!!! You get use to it in 30 minutes but still kinda ewe. This place nickels and fumes you. $17 for internet includes 2 devices. We did not know only 2. My significant other needed it to do a zoom meeting in morn and we had hooked up w our other play devices. Then they charge a resort fee. All they have is a casino where they bank and overpriced restaurants… what resort? Both of of get that $20 charge . These are free at any other hotel… except Orlando and I dislike it there too. Casinos of the past knew they banked in the gaming area so they treated you well everywhere else… miss that. And yes I did give them another $500 but that was the last $500 I’m giving Harrahs. Without the nickels and dining I wouldn’t be so annoyed. That’s all.…
The pool set-up is very nice. Large with cabanas available. Excellent bar there, as well. Another restaurant on site wouldn't hurt, but we enjoyed what they had. I was a little surprised at the size of the casino. I guess I was expecting a larger space. It's not tiny, but just not as big as I thought. The room is fine and the bed was very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to Harrah's.
We always enjoy visiting Biloxi. Harrah's Gulf Coast is a great resort. Love the pool and the service at the pool bar is top notch. The Casino staff are really great - we will definitely be visiting again soon.
