There was 4 of us & we had 3 rooms. Always friendly & helpful. This is our 3rd time visiting & we always stay at the Palace. This is a smoke free place & that is really good for us. Can’t wait to go back again.

Stayed here during cruise the coast this year. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we really liked that this casino was totally spoke free. This casino was just 2 blocks off the coast highway but one of the only ones in Biloxi totally non smoking

Several of our friends and family were to the Palace Hotel Casino in Biloxi recently. The experience was the worst of any hotel we have ever experienced! The front desk staff were unprofessional, Arrogant and flat out Ugly to us. There was no Shampoo, and no drinking cups, and no hot water in our rooms. Very few floors were even open. The Pool was not open, as promised. the spa was unavailable. And most of the table games were either closed down or the dealers were elsewhere. And, they overcharged our family's credit card!! And the management acted like they could care less. I suggest: DONT be a Fool, and don't waste you time at The Palace in Biloxi. We went to another Hotel Casino where the Hotel staff and Casino staff acted like they were glad to see us there. And the front desk Hotel staff were professional and friendly.

Ms. Williams, thank you for taking the time to share a review. Your comments are confusing to us and we don’t show a guest named Susan Williams in the past six months. We are the only smoke free casino in Biloxi, just for reference or clarification on the property. We do provide shampoo, drinking cups in the rooms. Our pool is always open but it is not staffed every day at this time (off season now). All of our hotel floors are open and have been open since our reopening in May 2020. We do charge a $100 security deposit per room that is refundable if there are no incidentals or damage. If you are certain you stayed here, then we apologize for your inconveniences and urge you to call a hotel manager about any incorrect charges. Is it possible you stayed at another casino hotel? Some visitors get us confused with IP Biloxi due to the similar name. If so, please move this review to the appropriate hotel. Thanks again.

Recently went to Palace casino primarily because its non smoking. Went with a relative and a few friends. They go weekly, i only go monthly or so. We were leaving, i was waiting near a gaming table for relative to cash out. Pit boss, D, apparently thought i wanted to play when he got up and very rudely said this spot is reserved, saying loudly to everyone there this guys wanting to play and im holding this spot. The dealer, M, even told her that wasn’t the case, I was waiting for relative and we were leaving. I never play table games, only video poker. The relative had asked the same Pit boss earlier if a spot could be reserved, she said no, holding spots isn’t allowed. He goes weekly with several friends, so she knew him well. He then asked her, i thought spots couldn’t be reserved? She went ballistic saying the dealers cant but i can do what i want. WOW, what an unpleasant, unwarranted, experience. NEVER AGAIN.

As usual, rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a great disappointment to find the Stacked Restaurant closed due to Covid. There was no option to have a good breakfast in the resort. They said it was closed because of the occupancy restrictions but they need to find a fix for this. It is a deal breaker for us.
