The room is clean but when you are in a room with a broken toilet and they haven't fixed it in 2 nights, everything else is secondary. Their solution the second night seems to be a note that confirms it's broken. That's it. I insisted on a new room for the third night.

We were assigned room 320 which had no TV (only the wires where it had been and a remote on a night stand). It also had no recliner which the front desk said should be in the room. The hair dryer bracket was in the restroom (along with some hairs on the counter) but no hair

This is unequivocally the worst hotel I've ever visited. Filthy. Awful odors. Dirty rags left in room. Other trash too. Piss poor service. Intermittent cleaning...as if it mattered. Stay away at all costs.
