We booked 3 nights with this hotel to arrive late at night to find out it is closed. Ridiculous! They need to stop taking reservations if they are not open for business. It amazes me that they could operate in this manner. Booked a room at another Hampton and was told this is a common practice from this hotel. Never Again!
Keonna was absolutely amazing during our stay! She was so helpful! Everything was amazing on our stay and the room was great! Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area! Thank y’all so much for such a great experience
We are almost ready to check out its 10:45am and my baby start crying and she don’t stop, so I request check out 11:30am and the lady at dest she is very rude and very high attitude. I explain her my situation but she do not want to. Second thing is only one house keeper working each floor so when we check out at 10:55am that lady is cleaning room way at the end, she is not coming right way in our room to clean. So never ever any where we staying to this chain. My room number is 102.
My husband and I stayed one night here while in the area for business. We are diamond members and often stay at Hampton Inns or Hilton properties and always have pleasant stays. When breakfast is included it is a bonus we enjoy, but don’t always take part in. We arrived late on a Friday evening and were pleasantly greeted and offered our waters as diamond members. We went to our room and were ready for bed being near midnight as my husband had an early morning appointment to keep. I planned on enjoying breakfast and reading until he was done before noon. We turned back the bedding and found the sheets and all pillow cases appeared dirty. When looking closer, it seemed they all had a blue ink or dye on them. Since it was already quite late and the desk clerk (who appeared very busy) had told a gentleman ahead of us checking in that she was alone for the evening (phone was ringing and she was trying to check both of us in and answer the calls) we decided that we would have to sleep with what we had. With all of the bedding the same way it didn’t seem likely that a new set would be any different and we needed to get to sleep. In the morning my husband left for his meeting early while I went down for breakfast around 8:30. There were a few people in the dining area but it was not busy. I went for coffee and unfortunately both light roast and dark roast were empty, leaving only the decaffeinated... not my choice. I walked into the dining area and there was an older couple who asked me if I found coffee, and I relayed only decaf and his response was - that’s not coffee. He had been waiting some time for pots to be filled. I found a worker and let her know. Her response was short and not very grateful. At about the same time a gentleman told her the pancake batter was out and that he thought the gravy wasn’t warm enough - only room temperature. He also relayed the sausage links were gone. I decided to try oatmeal... it was very watery and either not cooked fully or had too much liquid added when made. About 20 minutes later a woman from the desk came into the area with the coffee pots and went to the food prep area, mumbling something about someone being sick. She went in and appeared to start the coffee, then came out and explained to everyone her regular food person was sick and she is starting to get sick and doesn’t want to touch food... I appreciate sick people not coming to work to spread germs but telling us all her problems? We all work in areas and deal with others’ sickness and people missing work and have to cover duties or find someone else to help. I also don’t want to hear the complaining and excuses when I am the customer and I am paying for the services. About one hour later, the coffee pots were filled with hot coffee and there was waffle batter, while the same gentleman was telling everyone that came in to stay away from the gravy because it was not warm, and the oatmeal was still runny. The desk clerk came back and said thank you for your patience at that time as she refilled napkins, silverware, cups, etc. I appreciated that but still left unhappy with the experience. As I walked to the elevator (now 9:30) I ran into a gentleman with a McDonald’s bag who stopped to get creamer and sugar for the McDonald’s coffee. He explained he wasn’t staying here but his girlfriend works here and he was supposed to drop off her uniform at 8 and fell asleep on the couch getting dressed this AM so was late with her uniform, but was bringing her breakfast and coffee to make up for it. I don’t even want to think about how that all fits into the short staff experience but there it was. The hotel price was slightly lower than others in the area, and maybe this is why, but that was not what drew us to book this hotel, it was the location for the meeting and the fact that it was a Hilton property. We left absolutely disappointed. …
This is a wonderful location with plenty of parking. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was very clean and I didn't hear any hallway noise. I will definitely stay here again.
