I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I’m not usually a fan of Sheraton hotels. This one was nicely decorated- updated & clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Location is good- right near the freeway with restaurants nearby. They had a large restaurant area for breakfast and free hot coffee near the entrance with to-go cups.

Room Tip: Lots of parking in lot. Would look for one near a light for safety.

Stayed for a night on a long car trip. Property is located in a business area with a shopping center/places to eat nearby. Check in was professional and quick. Room was nicely furnished and the bed was great. Breakfast and dinner not available for some reason? Maybe the pandemic from 2 years ago....

Thank you so much for your feedback. I apologize the restaurant was closed for breakfast and dinner. If you'd care to share more about the time you tried to grab food, I'd appreciate any information. First time here. Nice hotel located in a commercial area with heavy retail, healthcare, and office buildings. Easy interstate access. Thought for the age the room was a little small. Other than that the room was nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed. Service at the front desk and Sheraton Club was welcoming and friendly. If you book an executive floor room… evening snacks were tasty and a hot breakfast was offered.

Having just completed a 4 night stay at this Sheraton, I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the hotel. I have stayed here numerous times before and during covid and it is nice to see a bit of normalcy returning The club level is serving breakfast again which by itself is great. However, Woody's presence makes it a wonderful place in the morning. His welcoming disposition is exactly what one needs to see before coffee. The same can be said for Amber in the bar dining area. We chose to stay in for dinner after a busy day and Amber made that evening fun for us as well. The pizza is also very very good. Last but not least, not enough can be said about the great beds and bedding. Climbing into bed each night was a treat!

We booked this hotel for a mini stay cation over thanksgiving week. We wanted to be a little closer to our even In Wisconsin and this seemed like a decent hotel for the price. The lobby is beautiful, especially decorated for Christmas! It was really clean in the lobby. As an immunocompromised family (our son) we always clean our room from top to bottom. Lysol wipe EVERYTHING and disinfect spray etc. the room was updated/modern to our liking. It was not as clean as we were expecting but to the typical family I'm sure it'd be fine. But wiping everything down we noticed the dirt/dust etc. If it wasn't for that I would have given the hotel 5 stars. If you're a bigger person as I am the toilet may be an issue (wiping lol) as the toilet seat are us very small and cramped (nothing even close to the time we stayed in Paris lol) We would stay here again for sure. Hotel is very close to everything. Shopping, restaurants etc Bonus- they are dog friendly. We don't have a dog but always love to see them.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The parking was free and the location was great for us, but I have to say this hotel is very spendy for what you get. Being well over $100 a night in Minnesota, no breakfast included, small pool, no housekeeping, expensive restaurant and no room service, it's not exactly worth that price.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and to say it is a good hotel, is far from that standard. They book rooms without sufficient support staff, the rooms are not well maintained. When service is requested they do a minimal job, or not all. On arriving, there was an empty toilet roll, and no refills, no cleaning supplies, and no available housekeeping. This is after all meant to be a Sheraton…… When requesting housekeeping, we are told that maybe in two days they can get to the room. What? Maybe if we said we would pay them less, they would listen…… As a lifetime Gold member of the Marriott family I expect much more than this.

Never stayed here because they cancelled the reservation right in front of me. I was there for this weekend and apparently they refused to check me in because “I still wasn’t up to age” being 20 and turning 21 later this month. I stayed at other hotels and Marriott properties where they allowed me to check in. So why wasn’t I informed about this when I made a reservation MONTHS in advance? During my reservation process ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was mentioned about age requirements. Judy cancelled my entire reservation right in front of me with no where to go. I get Judy was trying to do her job but she was basically useless to me. Instead of helping me out by calling other hotels around or giving me information what to do, she just showed me the door. Totally unprofessional. Now I had to waste a 2 hour drive home. Thanks for ruining my weekend guys. You better give me my deposit back.

I'm a Marriott rewards member so burned some points with a 2 weekend getaway here. The hotel is right outside the city and easy access to highway. You can get into the lobby without a key so had to use the intercom to get let in. Our room was clean and spacious for what we needed. At this time they do not clean the room in between nights due to covid. Wasnt an issue for a 2 night stay. The one thing I think they lacked was some sort of breakfast. I understand covid really limits their options but even some sort of brown bag prepackaged grab and go bag would have been a nice gesture. Especially since at the time of our stay all of MN was closed to dine in so we really could have used just a simple snack. All amenities were closed due to covid so I cannot review. I think under different circumstances this could easily be a 4 star review.
