Customer service!! Very pet friendly. It was my pup's first time on a trip and she was far from perfect, but everyone was so gracious. Room was perfect for the two of us; everything convenient, clean and comfortable. Our first night, I came down for a bite right as kitchen was closing. After a nine hour drive, I needed some sustenance and they served up a beautiful meal for me; bartender -missed your name, so sorry- was outstanding. Got me everything I needed. A less caliber staff would have made my stay uneasy at best. Thank you to Katie, Megan, Sara, Damian and all the Hotel Landing crew! -A gal and her pit

The room is fine. Not great. But fine. But really, is it unreasonable to think that you might get room service at the not late hour of 9:30? Or a glass of wine? Boutique / destination hotel - definitely not.

We booked a Junior suite, and were disappointed in so many ways. Look carefully at what you are booking. The room is poorly designed. The room amenities are sparse. It is not a Junior suite. You enter a room with a 7 foot long desk/office space. There is also a small counter for a coffee maker. Kuerig comes with 2 pods of regular coffee. The small refrigerator was not cold and we could never get it cold. We could not find a safe. There were no wine glasses. There is no mini bar. An open divider separates this area from the king size bed. The linens on the bed were excellent, the finishing materials in the large bathroom were very nice. No tub. The door between the bedroom and the bathroom was broken. See photo. It’s good we did not catch clothing or a hand on the sharp surface. Here is a really bad design flaw. When my husband went to make coffee in the morning he needed to turn on the light. The switch controls the two bright ceiling lights. One is directly over the bed. So both lights go on. Bright. Another design flaw as pictured, is that one side of the bed is 6 feet from the toilet. We had an issue with the front desk and that they gave us a handicap accessible room that was not good. Three people were involved from the front desk, and really couldn’t have cared less. They covered for one another, and gave us the corporate jargon. Nothing resolved. We dined at the hotel and it took one hour and 45 minutes to get our entrée. The hotel has beautiful design on the exterior, walking distance to good restaurants, and is the only hotel in the Wayzata area. We hope this helps.

NaplesBoston, Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us. I am very sorry that you did not find the room up to your expectations. We are required by law to have a certain percentage of our suites meet the ADA requirements. There are some design differences in these suites but they are in large part, similar to the suites that are not. We are incredibly proud of the beautiful hotel that we have and it is important that each of our guests has an excellent experience. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you so that we are able to change your perception of your experience with us. Given the current government regulations, there are some amenities that we are no longer able to provide. The fact that our front office team did not provide you with an acceptable response to your concerns, is not ok. The guest is, and must always be, our first concern. Please feel free to contact me at the hotel at 952-777-7900. I look forward to speaking with you. Regards. Katie Neufeld General Managere

Look no further than the Hotel Landing-- excellent and heartfelt customer service from the moment you arrive. We had an extended stay due to business travel and very soon felt like family and a home away from home. The restaurant 925 is excellent as well. A special thank you to Anita, Damian, Joseph, TerryAnn, April and also the "new guy" who ran up three flights of stairs with me to fetch my almost-forgotten clothes while the uber was waiting! Also thanks to the tireless valets who cheerfully shuttled us back and forth. Hope we'll be back!
