What a nice motel, Very clean! The Northwoods vibe is great. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon trail mix bar after a long journey. The breakfast was really good too. The little touches like the rubber duck in the bathroom and free postcard on the dresser were so sweet! Should we have to travel to this part of the state again in the future, we would definitely stay here.

Very clean and quiet with attentive and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Bikes were stored in a locked room, and the trail is just past the driveway. Breakfast was a bit insufficient compared to other hotels I've stayed at, but I wasn't there for the food.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our stay. It was delightful in every way. The rooms were sparkling clean, the staff were very friendly, and the morning breakfast menu was great. The rooms were very sound proof as we did not hear a sound. This Inn was very special and we would recommend everyone stay at this location near Walker.

This was our 3rd or 4th time going there; it has always been a good experience for us. Everything is clean, complimentary breakfast is good, we usually go just to sit in the hot tub as we don't own one at home yet and we need to do that once in awhile at our age :0). Awesome to see that the restaurant next door is open and the food is good there.

Good value. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended restaurants. Nice breakfast and hassle free stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice quiet ocation overlooking the lake. Have stayed here three timed because I have not been disappointed.

We were unaware the hotel was under renovation & we stay there every fall. Upon entering, gifted with the mist of the power washers outside. Front desk staff very friendly. Entered our room, an outside worker was staring in our window. We had absolutely NO hot water. There was a suspicious looking red smear on the side of the toilet & the plaster on the ceiling was peeling. The bed sagged & so we moved to the other queen the following night. Couldn't read instructions on the microwave because it was too old. Finally went down the road for the remainder of our stay, a competitive price, & had a HOT shower with a comfortable bed. Very sad ...

This hotel lobby was being remodeled when we visited. Beds were very comfortable, good shower pressure, clean rooms, satisfactory breakfasts, and plenty of parking. BUT toilets were extremely low, as someone 5'10" I thought I was sitting on the ground and actually needed help to get up from the toilet.

The hotel was clean but a little outdated. We had a king bed with pull out couch. The mattress on the pull out was awful. We had to go buy a cot for our second night there for our children to sleep on.

Really enjoyed the corner room. Plenty of space and very clean. Was missing the blanket and pillows for the pull out couch. Nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was good and service was very pleasant.

The room was clean although updated some time ago. Staff was very friendly. I didn't use the pool or whirlpool as we were there on Friday night and the pool area was busy! Good breakfast selection from eggs and waffles to cereal and yogurt. A nice place considering it's out-of-the-way location and small town.
