This place is awful. On arrival, the unit was untidy and toilet was dirty. Asked if we could have it cleaned before we unpacked. The female Indian manager of the place was so rude and disrespectful to our needs. Made a big fuss, like we were asking for something unreasonable. She was aggressive and totally unprofessional. I for one will not be returning to this place to give her my money, which is way overpriced I might add.

Cheap and nasty! Room was filthy, not worth the exorbitant prices. I wouldn't waste your money staying in this dump. Manager, Indian woman, was the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She's aggressive and rude, with no customer service skills whatsoever. I'll be telling all my family and friends to pass the message on...don't give this place your business!

I was put up here for 1 night by my employer for a quick conference in Perth and I swear I was being punished! If it were not for my fatigue I would have left and gone elsewhere. I was put in a ground floor room, it stunk of smoke and mould, the window was broken, the window curtain was torn and the door was damaged. The bed was terrible and the bathroom was cold, damp and small. There were visitors at all hours to the room next door and it looked suspicious. Sorry guys but you seriously have to lift your game

The hotel is very "tired". The noise from the main road outside is exacerbated by the noise coming through the thin walls and ceilings. Our room shared a porch with another which was a smoking area meaning that when next door smoked it came into our room even with the windows shut. However, i must acknowledge is was clean and in a convenient location.
