Cover Park Manor is a very charming 19th century home. We stayed in the Michael E. suite. This suite is decorated with old car adverts which made for interesting and hilarious reading if you are into that kind of thing. The Manor is outside of downtown Stillwater and yes there is a lot of construction in the area. If that... More

My husband surprised me with a night in this lovely B&B just a couple weeks before our son was born. It was positively enchanting. Even in the ugliest time of year (early May, MUD) it was still charming. The room was very clean, came with a snack and drink, beautiful Jacuzzi tub and a balcony ( which we didn't use... More

We stayed here on the weekend of 8/15/2014 (During Pepper Fest, Summer Set @Somerset and apparently marathons). We were in town for my brother in-law's wedding. All the hotels were booked to the max or just plain over priced for what they had to offer, so we decided to get a bed and breakfast. I wouldn't say we had to... More

We were very pleased with this bed & breakfast. It was a very charming older home. We liked the privacy offered here. Breakfast was very good & was delivered to our room. The only concern we had was the contruction going on in the city. However the hosts were very helpful in giving us step by step directions in getting... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this B&B. I too, was a bit apprehensive based on a couple of the reviews. Ours was kind of a last minute getaway, and the only B&B in the area that had an opening the dates we needed. (There was an opening here, only as they had a last minute... More

After reading the reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about this bed and breakfast. All I can say is that they were very wrong. We stayed in the MIchael E. suite, it was everything we wanted and more. We loved the antiques and the big comfy king size bed. The whirlpool tub upstairs was wonderful. The wine and cheese welcome... More

We chose to stay at Cover Park Manor for our 10th anniversary. This is our 9th B&B stay here in the midwest. After reading the other recent reviews on here, I was expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. We spent 3 nights in the Adell Suite. A very nice, spacious 3 room suite with a large private balcony. The... More

Our fifteen year anniversary and first time "getting away" from the usual (kids, jobs, etc.)... I wish that we would have done more research! (This was our first B&B experience) When walking up to and entering the house, if we would not have been liable for the full price of the weekend, we would have turned around never to return.... Could be charming. Quaint. But the photos on the Internet are misleading. It doesn't look like that anymore. Gardens overgrown and desperately need weeding, paint peeling, a thick layer of dust and grime on most things. Furniture in disrepair. Our room was darling: rundown, a bit grimy, but quaint. Went to rest in the sitting room and several wasps dove... More
