Everyone was great they treated us just like family we stayed for 6 nights. We will definitely be back again again in September for our daughter's wedding. The breakfast was wonderful was wonderful the coffee was great
We are a family of 4 and chose the hotel because of proximity to activities we wanted to participate in outside St Paul (eg an easy drive to Como Park and Como Zoo). The pool was nice (heads up the chlorine on the air was a little strong in the pool room) and we were allowed to bring small floats and pool toys. The free breakfast was well monitored by staff. There are a handful of cruiser bicycles you can borrow to ride (they are in the lobby). Outside the hotel is a very small cluster of stores (a pizza takeout place, a Chinese Restaurant, an Asian grocer and a gas station). Definitely we appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff and esp front desk people. About 10 min drive away we went to Invictus Brewing for a pleasant meal with the kids (it seems to be surrounded by soccer fields) where they had nice family choices for food and fun milkshakes, besides the brewery part which was also good.…
room was good. Pool was perfect for our 2 grandchildren however the water tube into the pool was flat and did not perform properly. There were a few beach balls and pool noodles for the kids to play with that made up for the water tube.
The staff is absolutely amazing! The GM, Chad was so helpful, and his assistant manager Wade helped me with correcting an error on my reservation...no questions asked. I also met a few of the housekeepers, and they were so friendly and always made my stay feel comfortable. The pool is great, and my family really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was satisfying, but I wish it was available longer, although I usually sleep until noon, so that's not an option anywhere you go. I'll be back. -Bailey :)
From the request of a reservation for a room throughout our stay, we were treated like part of the Country Inn and Suits family. My mother is in a wheelchair and during each step of the way the staff and management were accommodating, kind, and very helpful.
I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and the fresh baked cookies were a treat to return to at the end of the day. My room was clean and well appointed. There is some road noise for rooms on the street side of the building. The coffee/tea and breakfast were very good. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Overall we like this hotel have gone as a mini staycation a couple times mainly during the winter for the pool and and slide for our 6 kids. Staff is nice, rooms are clean but this last weekend the pool had way to many chemicals in it and the ventilation seems to be subpar. All 6 kids got a horrible chlorine cough and their eyes all hurt we couldn’t spend more than an hour in the pool area. 1 of my daughters eyes hurt so bad afterwards that she was bawling in the room and we had to put cold compresses on her eyes. She had super dry red skin all around her eyes and cheeks almost like chemical burns. Hopefully this is just a 1 time thing cause we would like to come back but at 300 dollars for 2 rooms we wish we could have used the pool more like we intended.
I stay at this hotel at least once per monrh. Quick check in, always pleasant and helpful staff, good brakfast variety, large outdoor pet area, close to restaurants, and more. Highly recommended. Love it.
Wonderful place to stay! Friendly staff and very accommodating! Hotel was clean and in safe area. Room was spacious. They had plenty of options for breakfast. Definitely will make this my go-to place to stay when in the area!
We were traveling in town as my daughter had a medical apt the next morning at Alina in Blaine and we booked this hotel due to close proximity and value. This hotel is really nice from check in to checkout...Staff were super helpful and friendly, decor is bright and uplifting, The attendant gave us free water at check in. We booked a 1 bedroom 2 queen suite and were reward members and it was super affordable for a really spacious room. Pool was open till midnight although hottub at the time was closed. Breakfast had decent selection of hot or cold options. The hotel was immaculate thru and thru. Only reason gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was the bed was a little overfirm but still was great for the price of the room and for how quite the room was also. And I didn't mind the pillows but my husband with a bad back found the pillows a little too flat for his taste. Other than that everything was great, We would stay at this location again in a heartbeat if traveling to the area.…
