Was a good stay there beds are amazing the staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool was nice too and the breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and we'll kept so it made my stay very enjoyable
Rooms are always clean and I even got a free upgrade a few months ago as my room wasn’t quite ready. The fitness room is great. A few more sets of dumbbells would make it even better. I love the cookies that are always on the counter along with hot coffee.
We were abused by Kimberly who cursed at us on checkout. The manager wrote they had failed terribly in their customer service when asked by corporate for an explanation. The manager, Christine then proceeded to throw the only two professional employees we dealt with, Tim and Howard under the bus. Saying it was their failing for Kimberly’s attitude in “doing us a favor”by returning us our cash deposit. We had the receipt which was not sufficient for Kimberly who told us to count our “own d*** money back” when she finally thrust it at us. The manager also claimed that her mother who was standing behind Christine, rolling her eyes at the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the employee, said we were being rude. In spite of being cursed, we kept our aplomb and immediately reported the incident to Corporate who reimbursed us and apologized for such an unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this hotel .…
The staff, Christine,Kim,Howard and Tim all were very friendly and helpful. When I'm back in the cities I WILL stay here.Very clean rooms. We were made to feel very comfortable and Welcomed. Thank You
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel twice. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable, the heat unit worked well. The hotel was quiet, I felt we were in a safe area of the city and the hotel itself felt safe. We did not use the pool, or the morning breakfast, so can't comment on that. Our stay included snowy weather, the shoveling could have been better to the back entrance door. I think this room was a very good value for the price. There are electric outlets in the parking lot along the fence, I didn't ask, but wondered if they could be used for electric cars to plug in, or to plug in a car engine heater for cold winter nights. We will stay again.
