The staff here were very friendly and helpful and they let us check in early. Bathroom in the room was great, and the room was lovely as well. Beds were comfortable and the mattresses had an anti-bedbug cover on it. Will definitely stay here again. We were here to go to the Renaissance Festival and the road that the hotel... More

This place is from the 80's. Probably the smallest room I have stayed in for many years. Nothing to offer except a bed and only 1 pillow per person. With the mirror on the wall next to the bed it probably gets rented by the hour. Just a place to sleep and for sure not worth the price!

This hotel is a nice place to stay. Although a bit older hotel, the upgrades have been made where it counts for the customer. The beds were comfortable, the room itself was clean, and comfortable, the bathroom is upgraded with a great shower head, with great water flow, soft water which is unusual for a hotel, I loved that. Easy... More

Granddaughter had wonderful long play in the kids spray park. Kids and I enjoyed the coasters. Rides for all variety of riders. Water slides had the drop out floors, a new level of fun for me. Food pricey but expected. We will go back!!

My room was clean and the bed was excellent. The hotel is quiet. This hotel is fully renovated with the exception of an odd extra chair placed in the corner. We had great pressure and hot water in the tub/shower. The bath amenities are horrible. They consist of a chinese made soap wafer and a ketchup packet of shampoo which... More

The amenity of a "Free Deluxe Continental Breakfast" is very misleading. For me it means a better quality breakfast, possibly even a hot breakfast. Their "Free Deluxe Continental Breakfast" included prepackaged rolls, toast, coffee and juice. Not much there that resembles what the Merriam Webster's Dictionary would consider to be deluxe; "of better quality and usually more expensive than the... More

We stayed here for our Junk Bonanza girls trip in April. The hotel is very small and dated in ways but the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. The pillows are a little small but we brought our own pillows. The bathroom was clean - a little on the small side but very adequate. The staff was... More

Valley Inn Shakopee was conveniently located for my conference in the Minneapolis area. In addition, there were attractive and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful; the room was comfortable and attractively decorated, probably done recently. At first I though the room might be too small for all our luggage but it worked out very well!

Valley Inn is very conveniently located near to Valley fair, Mystic lake and Canterbury. We are a frequent guest there for the value we get for the money we pay. Located very centrally. Excellent amenities and the Hosts always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place to any one that is looking... More

Booked this hotel for the weekend to go to scream town with some family. This hotel had decent reviews and was a good price. First off there is not much for parking. Hardly any parking up front so you have to park in the back of the hotel if you can find a spot. Also they had notices all over... More
