We stayed here for a hockey game. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! It was Thanksgiving and I needed something I had forgotten at home-nothing was open but they were able to accommodate my needs. I was very thankful and grateful! The staff was very nice to our children and very professional. I love that the hotel is within... More

This was our 2nd visit to the St. Paul Hotel. If you love traditional charm with elegance you will love this property! The rooms are a very comfortable size with amenities. The pillows were not comfortable for us, housekeeping was more than happy to accomodate us with offering feather pillows for our 2nd night. However, dirty wine glasses were not... More

Blown away by the high quality amenities, impeccable service from front door to staff in the hallways. Bed was heavenly, towels plush and Keurig coffee maker ensured a pleasant slumber and waking. Booked through TripAdvisor for $159 for a room worth twice that. Highly recommend if you are overnighting in St. Paul. Beautiful location, across from lovely Rice Park, walkable... More

For the Twin Cities this is about as good as it gets. Can feel homey here, especially if you take up residence for a while. Once folks get to know you, the personal touches can become more pronounced and personal. Nice staff overall, good touches. Its not a Ritz Carlton, though neither are the prices, so its a good value... More

Our daughter was married this weekend and many of us stayed at the hotel. It is a beautiful hotel but I travel for a living and even at a discounted rate the hotel did not meet my expectations. There was only one elevator working. We were directed to the service elevators which were occupied by hotel employees. Long waits making... More

My husband and I stayed at the St. Paul Hotel for a couples get away. The St. Paul hotel has a great location. Walking distance to several nice restaurants and parks. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and friendly. The combination of location, comfort and hospitality made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely stay... More

My husband and I visited the Saint Paul Hotel in September 2016. It was my 40th birthday and we had spent the evening in the Twin Cities. Since we live outside of the cities, we decided on the Saint Paul Hotel. I have stayed in the hotel in the past during The Saint Paul Winter Carnival and I knew that... More

This review is solely for the bar located just off the Saint Paul Hotel lobby. We didn't stay in the hotel itself, but found our lobby at the new Hyatt Regency (located in the old Customs Building) sorely lacking in terms of atmosphere. So during our short stay in Saint Paul, we spent a couple of evenings over at the... More

I checked out of this hotel yesterday after a 4 day conference and I couldn't be happier. We had lots of great service especially from the amazing Housekeeping staff. Ramatu was a pleasure and we can't thank her enough for spending time with us. Her smile was nothing short of contagious and it's clear that she is passionate about what... More

My wife and I have made this hotel our anniversary staple. We are both huge hockey fans, so we find a home game near our anniversary and stay at The St Paul each year in October, as we will be doing later this month. We look forward to coming back every year, and have had nothing but positive experiences. We... More
