We visited the St. Paul Hotel again last week, after getting married there 3 years ago. Once again, our experience was wonderful. I can't say enough about the attentiveness and kindness of the hotel staff. It is a great location with fun places to explore within walking distance. Beds are comfy and cozy, rooms clean, and well cared for. TV's... More

I only stayed here one night. The staff were helpful. My room was wonderful with a great view. The bed was cozy and comfortable. Everything about the place was first class. The wait staff in the restaurant were kind courteous and possibly the most giving and polite of any restaurant I have ever been to. Plus there were tons of... More

Stayed here 4 nights. The Saint Paul hotel is a nice hotel with great service. The staff was kind and helpful (especially the concierge Christian) Location was good too, although downtown Saint Paul isn't very large. I didn't go to any of the restaurants. Room was good; about averaged size. It was nice that they had power outlets and USB... More

This hotel is clean and has excellent service. The restaurant has some selections where the chef is offering something different and interesting. The Saint Paul is especially great for business travelers and is in a great location. I would certainly stay here again and would look forward to the restaurant.

I found a spot of wine on my new linen jacket I had worn once. I made the spot worse with hand soap, then called housekeeping. They addressed me by my name on the phone and a kind woman immediately came to my room and told me they would try to get out the stain. Returning later that day the... More

My husband had a Board of Trustees meeting here for the non-profit organization with which he volunteers. We loved the charm of the building outside and the beautiful lobby which greets you inside. The staff was professional and welcoming at all levels. The room is a bit small by today's standards and so is the bathroom. The bed is comfortable,... More

We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding nearby. It is an average hotel for its price point, but they have a practice that I find so unconscionable that it does not deserve even a single star. We stayed for 3 nights and when we got our bill on the morning of our departure it showed some $60.00 for... More

Hi Gary Thank you for the comments. Please accept my apologies. The current mini bar system is set exactly how you described it. However, I am pleased to tell that new mini bars are being installed sometime in August. The new ones will have extra space for storage of your own personal items. I was happy to hear the staff... Nice in hotel in a good location. Staff is very nice and helpful. Short walk to the the Xcel Center. Rooms/bathrooms are a little on the small size, including the king deluxe, but well appointed and comfortable. I've stayed here twice for concerts and the lobby bar is often overrun on show nights. Doesn't appear like adjustments are made to... More
