We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family in the area. Loved the location: Walking distance to Grand Avenue, Selby Ave., and downtown restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Hill House and Cathedral landmarks. Favorites were Nina's Cafe, Happy Gnome, and Cossetta's fine dining. Bedrooms were cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Innkeeper Bill was very attentive to our needs,... More

Was only able to stay one night but will definitely be back. Wonderful neighborhood, great hospitality from a gracious host. Breakfast was tasty and started our day out well. Thanks Bill for sharing your lovely home. We could tell that it's been well loved for many years.

Bill Gray runs an outstanding B&B near the James J Hill House and several other sites worth seeing on your next stay in St Paul. The Summit Avenue/Ramsey Hill area is enjoyable to just walk around and see all the beautiful homes of the era. Cathedral B&B is beautifully restored and kept up. We stayed in the suite which had... My wife and I love going to bed and breakfasts for our anniversary and we choose this one this year. This is our forth in the Twin Cities area. We were the only ones there and stayed in the cathedral suite. The woman that greater U.S. was an owner and was very nice. Explained the house history and showed us... More

We were visiting St. Paul for a wedding. We decided we would like to stay for a few more days, but not in a hotel. I found the Cathedral Hill B&B and thought it sounded perfect. The location is in the historic district. You can walk to the Cathedral of St. Paul, many great restaurants, and beautiful homes. The house... More

The house is located in a beautiful area and convenient to St Paul. The room was lovely and very spacious. The owners were friendly without being pushy or intrusive. The breakfast was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when you are visiting the St. Paul area.

This is the ONLY B&B in St Paul, and it is a PRIME location, right on Cathedral Hill! The house, built in 1896, is BEAUTIFUL with the original woodwork, lovingly restored, and so delightful with original entry fireplace, carved wood, stain glass windows, stairway and more.... The proprietor told us the city will not allow more than 4 rooms to... More

This place is run by a man and two or three college girls who do the cooking and probably lots more! The owner promised us a senior AARP discount which was not given. He left no indication of where to procure clean towels, Did not have anything on the door to indicate if you wanted your room straightened or sheets... More

This B&B is in a beautifully maintained Victorian home in a great location in Saint Paul. The place is a few blocks from several good restaurants (easy walking distance) and is also close to Summit Avenue noted for its grand Victorian homes. The B&B is charming, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. As another reviewer mentioned, the towels... More

This home was built in 1896, amazing interior. We stayed in the Coleo room on the main floor. It was comfortable but a little cramped. The breakfast was very good, nothing fancy but different every day and the young lady who did the cooking was very accommodating. The amenities like linens, towels weren't quite up to the standard I expect... More
