This hotel was an ideal location for our visit to the Mayo clinic. Staff was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was the best food in town! The front desk staff was able to lenthen our stay on short notice and kept us informed of any possible room change via cell phone communication.

Hotel is a 7 minute walk from Mayo and accessible to the Mayo complex via the skyway. The staff is top notch. Everyone thanks you for staying there. This includes staff from front desk to the maids and bellhop staff. They say it sincerely and not just because it's their job. They will send a car to pick you up...

This hotel was recommended by a co-worker. I would rate the hotel as average. It is a quiet place to stay in. There are very few warm and friendly smiles from the staff. And, when I found someone who initiated and offered help, I was really glad and amazed! They do exist!! I ate at the Pescara and enjoyed their...

good location, great restaurant - has great area for events, bar is great, employees nice and accommodating - parking easy, access to shops easy. Very good place to stay. Little noisy Fri and Saturday evenings with street traffic, otherwise fantastic spot

I stayed at this hotel for work for one evening in September and had a lovely experience. The lobby and rooms were clean and furnished with high end bedding/finishings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Very pleasant hotel, lobby was beautiful, rooms were nice and I really enjoyed the pool area which included a very nice SAUNA! The rooms are a bit dated, but very comfortable. I like the fact that the hotel appears to be scent free! Starbucks right next door in the skyway, however the regular coffee was good as well.
