We stayed here for a conference being held at the neighboring Kahler hotel and Mayo Clinic. Very convenient, everything is connected with tunnels, etc. Clean and updated. Your typical Marriott. We heard the rooms were better than the older Kahler if you have a choice of where to stay.

Check out the peep hole in the door. Room 508. More like a peen hole at that level. I'm not a tall guy, but what gives? Recently "renovated" rooms, but they jacked the price up over one hundred dollars a night from previous rate, to pay for new wallpaper. It's not that nice, I will stay at double tree next...

I stayed here last weekend. From the moment I walked it I felt welcomed! Harley checked me in and saw to my needs and my request to check in early! He was so nice and took care of everything! I was traveling with my sister and we went to the concierge lounge in the morning for breakfast. Pam made sure...

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Rooms were great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, with the exception of the housekeeping staff. Drawbacks: Our room was not cleaned everyday. When I asked a housekeeper about it she told me our room was "not her room" so she couldn't clean it. Also, the pool is tiny and could use...

We got kicked out of our other hotel during a week-long stint at Mayo. We were feeling a bit grumpy about having to move but it turned out to be a great experience! The executive lounge hors devours were amazing and took the place of our dinner, and the breakfast was great too. The proximity to Mayo is super convenient....

Was here for a few days of meetings. The rooms were smart and recently renovated. The location is great as you can walk everywhere and the Thursday street festival is on you front step. The staff was consistently super friendly and helpful. If I'm in downtown Rochester again with family I would hesitate for a second to book here.

My husband and I were here for his executive physical at Mayo. We were on the 8th(concierge) floor and in 819-very close to the elevator, the lounge and it was VERY quiet! From check in to departure, we were treated in a most personable and accommodating fashion. We stored frozen items in the Bellman's refrigerator and had wine delivered for...

A few friends and I stayed in Rochester for the night and we would definitely recommend the Marriott. Rooms are great and The swimming pool area was just delightful. Not to mention that on that night there was a free concert right next to the hotel! We definitely enjoy the ambience. Staff is most serviceable and you can find restaurants...

The family stayed here for three nights. We got a double queen and the beds were very comfy, especially the pillows! The layout of the room was very modern and being on the 6th floor made the kids more excited. Restaurants and shops are nearby and just a short walk to. The skyway was also appreciated because of the really...

I apologize for taking so long to write another review. A month ago a stayed at this fine hotel for a Mayo Clinic appointment. It was wonderful to be greeted by such welcoming staff. The problem came after my appointment when the doctor though I was having a stroke. Fortunately, Glenn was working! I got my bag from the hotel,...
