We were greeted at the door when we arrived by our welcoming hostess and her big fluffy cat Max (who tried to escape). She was very flexible and accommodating regarding check-in time and letting us use the bathtub in a room that was not being used that night. She had knowledgeable and honest recommendations for dinner and activities. The hostess...

Debbie, our inn keeper, was one of the sweetest and most hospitable people I have come across. She created an atmosphere that was warm, inviting, and as comfortable as you would expect from your own home. She is an excellent cook and we loved the special touch of dessert after breakfast! Red Wing is beautiful in itself surrounded by bluffs...

My husband and I stayed at the Pratt-Taber Inn in Redwing, MN for our 3rd wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute! We felt at home from the minute we arrived and Deb, the owner, greeted us at the door. I think the owner of a B&B can really "make it or break it" for the guests and she definitely "made...

Staying at the Pratt-Taber Inn is a memory that my husband and I will cherish forever. We celebrated our first anniversary there, and we were overly impressed by the service, attention to detail, and the aesthetic of the mansion itself! Deb has done an amazing job of making the Inn shine with beautiful decor, and she has added so many...

Deb is a wonderful hostess and Max, her ragdoll cat, does his part. The inn is so cozy and homey! It is magnificiently decorated! The room we stayed in - the winter room - was just heavenly. The bed was so luxurious and the decor so befitting of winter. Deb thinks of everything - down to offering q-tips in the...

This was my first stay at a B&B. My sister and I brought my mom for an early mother's day weekend. I searched online and found the Pratt-Taber Inn and after reading the reviews I booked it without hesitation. My mom has stayed at B&B's before but none like this. The inn keeper/owner Deb was delightful. Her home was warm...

This was my first experience at a B&B. My 13 yr old daughter and I needed some girl time together (for our birthdays) and, after checking many many websites we chose Pratt-Taber inn. From the very first phone call made to Deb (the owner/caretaker/innkeeper) I knew this was going to be special. I had called several to have contact with...

This is such a beautiful house, comfortable and welcoming. We had a great time. We stay at B&Bs for special occasions 1-2 times per year and look for the top of the line (price) to ensure that the place is really great. This time we booked late and decided to try a new B&B. I was delighted by the quality....

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the Pratt-Taber. Deb was an exceptional host with great restaurant and shopping recommendations. We felt spoiled with wine, cheese, & apples in the evening, cookies & brownies in the afternoon, and coffee & hot chocolate just out side our doors in the morning and of course lots of great conversation and laughs. Max...
