Dated 2-story hotel and the lower floor feels like you're going down to the basement level. Rooms are dated with dark fabrics and muddy brown wood stained furniture. There is an indoor pool located between the hotel wings so the air with waifs with chlorine. It was raining the entire 3 days I was there so it felt like I... More

The security was extremely lax. There were no lights in the entry way at Door A, either in the hallway vestibule or the outside of the building. Also, I noted that the security door was not secure, and anyone at all could simply enter. Did not feel safe. Questioned how this hotel ended up as aWyndham property.

Where to begin. A major concern is the back entrances are unlocked and anyone can walk in as the key card access is disabled. I just don't understand how anyone, let alone with children would ever stay here. I stayed for business only 1 night after every single room in MN metro was booked. The room I was given smelled like... More

If all you need is a place to sleep, and you don't really care about anything else, this will probably work for you. The hotel is showing its age and needs some updating and maintenance. Our room was very humid and had that "damp" smell even though we were nowhere near the pool. The fan in the bathroom was very... More

Stayed here on family vacation in September 2016. the property itself is okay and the indoor pool is ideal for small children in particular. There is also the Plymouth Playhouse and a Green Mill restaurant onsite. Call before you reserve to make sure they have improved serious security issues. Unfortunately our last night there while car was robbed. I personally... More

Our family's first stay at a Ramada, if this property is an example of their pride it will be the last. Rooms very small, a donut I almost ate at the breakfast had mould on it. Staff and almost all signage had another large hotel companies Logo on it. Smoke detectors batteries were dead so it beeped until a maintenance... More

I'm rating this hotel at 2 stars, because for over $100 a night it needs to be better. Started out on the wrong foot: After a five hour drive to the twin cities area, had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby because there was no desk staff around, they were busy in another part of the hotel. This was... More
