I had a longer term stay because I was waiting for my apartment to be renovated, The first day some woman from the front desk came and accused me of begging for cigarettes and I better stop. 5th day I waited for 2 hours for someone to get their clothes out of the dryer so I started folding them for her. Got in trouble for that too. Last day was 3/10 and a guy came and banged on my door and told me I had to leave because I had called guest services about a weed smell coming in my room. Some guy came up and said he smelled nothing???? The people next to me had their door open all day with really loud rap music playing so I had to go out and tell them to turn it down. They gave me 1 hour to leave. I did nothing wrong and stayed in my room almost the whole time because of all the scary people hanging around outside my room. Guest services said there was nothing they could do so I had to shower and pack in an hour and stand in the pouring rain waiting for an Uber to take me somewhere decent. Worst experience of my life. I already called my bank, I want ALL my money back. Haven't slept decently for almost 2 weeks. DO NOT STAY THERE. Don't bother calling guest services either, it will just get you kicked out for no reason, The reason he gave me was that I was bad for the hotel, Also, when you have an extended stay you need to do do laundry, Every time I went to the counter no matter what time, no quarters. So, I would have to go to the vending area and buy anything that would give me quarters back. They literally threw me on the street in winter in MN for making a complaint to exactly who I was supposed to complain to…
I came into town at 5am and was extremely tired. We seen this place and got a room. Fell asleep and was awoken by a guy who couldn't speak English telling us it's check out, even though the lady who booked us in gave us until 12:30pm. Because we got there so early. I PAID in cash so I went to the front desk to get my money. I seen a gentleman at the desk pleading to the guy to give him his money back. The guy working told him no and to get out or he was calling the police, which he did. Now I get up there to the same, he speaks to someone, I'm assuming housekeeping, and before you know it he's telling me I can't get my money back. This seems like a recurrence on their part and will be investigated. Be aware of you pay cash and if it does happen, write a review and call CORPORATE to open a case.…
My 15 year old son and I booked a room hoping to relax and hang out. immediatly when I pulled into the parking lot I could see shady characters everywhere and was afraid for our safety. When we got to the room we relized that the door just barely shut and locked. There was blood on the wall next to one of the beds and the bed spread on the other bed had a poop stain on it. We were there a total of about 10 minutes and called the front desk regarding the room and was told that I would not receive a refund because they had already charged my card. This place was so nasty that I didm't care about not receiving a refund, we were just glad to get out disease free. We went up the road about 2 miles and stayed at a much more acceptable place.
We can't understand the negative reviews at all. This is a nice quiet area. the room was so great. Beds so comfortable, that i kept my cousin up half the night for snoring. I wanted to take that be home with me. Also our beds and room were clean, bedding clean, and i love the down blanket, so cozy. The location, is awesome, so easy to get too, great for a driving through the area. The price is great, I was so pleased. We were pleased with our great stay there. Great big tv, refridge, microwave, security safe...great beds. As well as being economical. Many places to eat, next door, and in close proximity. I think people look for something to complain about. That's on them, but, don't pass up This Red Roof Inn.
This hotel was absolutely horrible when we booked it the rating was three stars. I would give it a half a star if I was able to but that was not possible. When we pulled up to park there was a drug deal going down in the parking lot. Not recommended!!!

We have stayed at Red Roof’s before and they have been fine, but this location was downright disgusting. There were stains on the sheets, and the bathtub was gray and dirty. The toilet seat was completely broken off which made it difficult to even use the bathroom. There were a lot of shady characters hanging around outside and my fiance and I feared for our safety when we went out to the car. A lot of loud people also awake and shouting all hours of the night. This felt more like a housing complex than a motel. The only benefit to staying here is that dogs stay free. The check in was quick and the man at the front desk was nice.
It is 3:20 pm, and I have been waiting since 3 to check into a clean hotel room. The first room smelled stale and had used condoms in it. I am traveling from out of state with my toddler. When I asked to be changed rooms because my old one was dirty, I was told by the front desk that they knew they had assigned me a dirty room and asked if I could "go somewhere” to wait while it was being cleaned, since check in as at 3. When I pointed out that it was after 3, they did not have a response. I am still waiting in the lobby to get into a clean room.
Rooms are nothing like the pictures! They have a terrible/nasty smell, are not clean at all, incredible outdated and has alot of noise from both refrigerator and Air Condition! The restroom was not clean, finding dirt on several places! Stay far away from this place.
Worst hotel ever stayed in. It was very shady and very unpleasant at desk with check in was very rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend such hotel! Sheets were dirty and requested several times for new sheets and was never given.
