My wife and I have stayed at their campground the last two weeks. RV spots are in large lots with lots of tall pine trees. Resort is very clean and well taken care of. Owners are fantastic. Most of the spots are seasonal so you get to know your neighbors.

This is a wonderful resort, with cabins just a 20-second walk (or less) down to the beach. the cabins themselves are roomy and comfortable. The beach is also wonderful. It has a nice playground and several wonderful docks, as well as a floating trampoline and dock. Also, not far away from the beach, there is a wonderful shuffleboard court. This is one of my favorite vacation spots ever, and I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for a vacation.

This is a very friendly, fun and clean campground. I have been coming here for a few years and then became a seasonal and loving it. Joe and Ellen are very accommodating to all their guests. They are always happy to see you year after year.

Ellen & Joe, the mother/son duo created this oasis which allows you to just be. 6 cabins (and an RV park up the hill) provides just enough other folks to still allow you to feel like you are the only ones there. Gorgeous Stocking Lake (not too large) looks like glass lots of days and there is as much or as little as you want to do. Kayak, paddle board, pontoon, fishing, swimming, and playground equipment is just the start. Relax on the deck of your cabin, and let life just be. No TV's in the cabin really allow you to "check out." We've been coming here since 2007 and look forward to our stay every single year.

I love this place! It has excellent fishing, with Small mouth and Large mouth bass, Sunnies, Perch, and even turtles! And much more. Has a u shaped dock for littler kids and the rest of the lake for older kids. Has life jackets, paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes and kayaks to complete the water experience. Cabins are roomy with kitchens and couches. Every Sunday Joe and Ellen make home made donuts. If you're getting hot, run over to the office and get an ice cream or a popsicle. There's a playground and a shuffleboard court to play play on, hammocks and a fire pit for a camp fire. Theres a beautiful view and when you're falling asleep at night the gentle hum of crickets and the call of the loons will lull you to sleep. Since I'm a kid maybe you don't believe me, but you know it's great since my whole family and I have been coming back for the last 4 years! I very strongly recommend Sleeping Fawn for your vacation or getaway.
