We rented the 3-bedroom cabin(#1) for my mother-in-law's 65th birthday. It was my husband, 3 year old and I, mil and fil, and sister, husband, and two teens. We were able to check in early which was a plus but the girl at the front desk did not smile or welcome us and basically just handed us the key. We...

Everything was pretty good as for price, cleanlyness and service except for : we stayed two nights and on the second day we were gone from 10 am to about 5pm and we had no maid service. Bed wasn't made, towels weren't taken or replaced, garbage wasn't brought out! I brought the towels down myself and asked for new ones...

I found Eddy's wow I was out on a solo motorcycle trip. The previous night I had stayed and I absolutely miserable dump of a hotel because that's all I could find and it was raining and I was on the bike so I was delighted when I ran across this oasis. The restaurant lacked a little bit as far...

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, as I called twice with questions before we came to stay. I met a friend for an overnight and we had a very nice stay. The room was large and clean. It was quiet, and dark when the curtain was pulled. We asked for and got a lakeview room-even though it...

Check in was good, asked which floor I wanted 1 or 3. I choose 3 with a lake view. This is very important, always ask for a lake view when possible. Elevator shot us up to the top floor and walked into our room. Very spacious and clean but seemed a bit unfinished. desk area had no lamp, writing instruments...

eddysresort.com/ This is the information that we saw when my daughter-in-law and i booked our room at Eddy's for a long relaxing weekend (which was almost $400 because we paid extra for the view) -- guess what??!? no, there is NO HEATED POOL at Eddy's -- you do have access to the Grand Casino's pool though -- funny, you would...

We apologize for your trip not being up to standard. We have taken steps to correct our housekeeping issues. I believe the website you looked at was the "old" Eddy's which was torn down as they did have those accommodations of Jacuzzi suites and fireplace rooms but the "new" Eddy's was redesigned for a more modern feel. Thank You for...

In fairness to the motel, the rooms where clean. As far as the room goes here is what if felt was deficient. In stead of a desk chair at the desk, you where provided an all metal chair. Not great if you have a bad back, The other chair was uncomfortable. There was no microwave in the room. You need...

Eddy's is a fishing resort that mixes the old and new very well. The for-hire fishing boats appear to be vintage (maybe from the 1960s), the new resort building is impressive with modern/rustic decor, well laid out and right on the lake. We stayed in a king room. We had lots of space for our belongs, the room decor was...
