Hotel's Favorite
Chose this hotel because of availability. Pricey during summer at over $200 a night and they lock out any special rates and reward stays. My room was clean, breakfast was okay, grounds clean, bed soft but comfortable. The bathroom vents connected to the adjacent room do you can hear a lot of noise from your neighbor. Parking seemed okay, lots of boaters. There are no restaurants close but Walmart is within walking distance. I may stay again if everything else is booked.

This IS a good hotel. I just ran into logistical (snow) problems yesterday. I have no idea why the hotel was "sold out" on a random Tuesday night in March. The hotel needs to plow the (albeit ridiculous, this year) amount of snow we have received this winter, WAY better.
I drive a semi for a living. There was no way I was able to even back in to the semi parking spot. I've stayed here in the summer months without a problem parking on-site. There is no way I could've cleared the tight quarters with the giant snowbanks with a full-length semi truck.
My 4th time staying here in the past year. There were too many boundaries in my extremely large vehicle navigating the parking lot.
Please DO BETTER!

We loved this hotel for its all-around look. The guest service person named Benjamin demonstrated excellent customer service and went the extra mile by checking in with us to see if we were satisfied with our room. The room was roomy with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Television featured many DirecTV channels. The breakfast was outstanding; lots of variety to choose from while dining in a large area. There are retail outlets nearby, including a large Walmart. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was ok and what I’ve generally come to expect except for a lack of fruit.
Biggest issue was they were a little too “dog friendly.” We returned in the evening to find out there was a dog in the adjacent room. The walls aren’t anywhere close to sound proof. After 30 min of repeated barking we called the front desk to report the noise. This was after midnight. They checked on the room and later called us back to tell us the owner was doing the best they could do with people walking by and all (the room was at the end of the hall and there wasn’t any hall traffic.
We were too tired to discuss further and they really gave us no option. We eventually were able to fall asleep with the occasional bark only to be awoken again just after 5 am and again after 6.
In the morning the front desk did offer a $16 discount on the room. Hardly an acceptable exchange for sleep.
I’m generally ok with dog friendly, but only if your dog is behaved well enough to be in a hotel environment.

There are several rooms that overlook the breakfast area and public space. Unfortunately we had one of those rooms. Hotel patrons are allowed to gather here and they were not very quiet. Their loud voices very easily carried into our room. It was close to 11:00PM and they were still going strong. At 6:30 AM someone was carrying on a long conversation below. There was a boys hockey team staying at the hotel. I suspect that it was the parents that chose to meet in the breakfast area. If that’s the case, the hotel should know that this is a common problem and perhaps assign these rooms to the noise makers. Another option would be to post quiet times in the area. If nothing else, the rooms overlooking the breakfast area should be discounted. It made for a bad experience. Perhaps other rooms are quieter. We could also hear the footsteps of the people in the room above us. Also the hot tub was so heavily chlorinated that it burned your eyes and was not very enjoyable. We should have known something was up when no one else was using it.

Our family of 6 spent one night here. The hotel was remodeled a few weeks ago, and we had no idea how blessed we would be. The pool and hot tub were nice for the kids, and they even had a one hour adults only time. The guy at the front desk offered a free glass of beer along with chips and salsa in their dining area while the Twins season opener was on! Many hotels are going away from breakfast due to Covid, but not this hotel! The following morning they served us breakfast in bed according to our specific order! Totally impressed!

The staff has a very pleasant and professional business demeanor.
The entire place is very clean and well kept. I saw they work hard to keep things humming.
I was in the pool where a woman with short hair and glasses was cleaning the exercise area. She was meticulous. When she was done she glanced at me and gave me a big smile. I appreciate little things like that.
I highly recommend the Comfort Inn as it is comfortable and clean Their employees take pride in their jobs.

A terrible, terrible establishment! Avoid at all costs! This place will rip you off! Made a reservation here. We then cancelled the reservation and received a cancellation number. The hotel then proceeded to charge us anyway, around $350 for 2 nights! Way, way overpriced place!

Arrived at 2 AM, the staff was efficient, helpful and sharp. The rooms were clean, the beds luxurious. The breakfast was filling. Could use more fresh fruit. The hotel is pet friendly and the surrounding area great for walking our dogs.
