Pool was sooooo crowded on a Saturday afternoon, room was clean. Service at bar was great and attentive. Very smoky so don't go if you can't handle it. Room service was terrible, they called twice and still got our order wrong and it was before 10. gift shop was nice. They need to have fridge and microwaves in rooms. Most...

Went with a friend last week for quick trip. The hotel was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Appreciated the fact that they had an exercise room which was modestly furnished but allowed me to get a work out in. You had to ask at the front desk for a key for the...

The halls smelled of smoke pretty bad, but probably to be expected for a casino hotel. We had a nicer room than most of the others that we saw when door were opened. The bed was decent and slept well. Would have given the place a decent rating if it wouldn't have been for the morning. Went to take a...

We visited the Jackpot Junction last weekend and it was ok. The restaurant in the casino was pretty good but service is super slow. The servers were nice but it takes forever for food to come out. Just plan on waiting a while if you eat there. The rooms need upgrades! Our bathtub felt unstable and creaked a lot when...

It was easy to find handicapped parking. Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. It was a fairly long walk to the casino for my 87 year old mother, but she was determined! The food was good in the restaurant. The casino was not lucky, so I did not spend a lot of time there. I would stay here again...

We have stayed there many times. This last time was so bad. I believe the floor would of been softer then the beds. We go a room with 2 queens. They where like springs pushing up and you could not even move in bed. The beds there very low to the ground. I am not sure I would stay again!

We have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time must have been on a side that was not updated. Even though it was not updated it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The second time we stayed, I pleasantly surprised, the room was much nicer. The bathroom was tiled and the room was nicely painted and again...

We stayed on Saturday night and we ended up with a handicapped room. The bathroom is updated and clean. The bathroom lighting is horrible, as in dark. Not enough light to put on your makeup. When I took a shower the bathroom mirror and the mirror in the bedroom area fogged over. The mattress could be replaced as it has...

Got room near elevator which we were happy with as I have bad knees. Room was nice. Liked the central air conditioning and the general set up of room. Went to casino and gambled for a while. Went to bed and found that the beds were terribly hard. The sheets were really rough. They could almost scratch your face. If...
