The first room we got placed in was disgusting. A "pool side suite" I believe it was. The door to the pool was absolutely disgusting! The door handle was green from corosion and the room smelled more like chlorine than the actual pool area, and It was very humid. We got moved to a non pool side room which was...

I did not expect the room price (with discount) and two queen beds to be $139.00 during off peak travel season, but it was. Maybe the nicest place to stay this town ,but given the room price, average or just below based on value.

No big issues - would stay again. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, pool area, size of poolside room. Noise was a little loud at times but it was new year's Eve so it was expected. Front desk worker was not overly pleasant but helpful when needed.

We paid $100 for a basic room at this location and it was one of the worst conditions I have seen. There were public hairs on the remote, dead ladybugs around the heating unit (which by the way didn't work well and was installed under a horribly drafty window), the window was frozen open in the hot tub area (when...

Disappointed in the rate charged v. booked rate. Booked over the phone with Alex for $114 and billed $168 upon check out. We have had many good stays with this facility, yet this most recent visit was disappointing.

Considering the price of this hotel I expected a lot more. For example, in the bathroom you only got one bar of soap not one for the sink and the shower. There was mold on the bathroom wall and remnants of fixtures still attached to the wall. The room was decorated plain, it had a mini fridge and large tv....

Thank you for your response. I am sorry that we did not meet and exceed your expectations. We are in the process of redoing the bathroom mirrors. Your room was one being done. I also apologize for the carpet. We are in the early stages planning for a complete remodel. As for the breakfast, we are always looking for suggestions....

Nicest hotel in area- keep in mind it's two stories and no elevator. It is convenient for shopping, dining, relaxing, exercise, and other recreation. Staff is great- room was immaculate. The accommodations allow you to relax during stay.
