Hotel's Favorite
The rooms are always clean, the hotel has always been nice and quiet, the sheets are extremely soft and the breakfast is just enough to get us on our way. We continue to have great experiences with the staff and have returned to this hotel year and year for our annual gathering. We definitely will be booking our next stay here!

I am just about to Lifetime Diamond status with Hilton and the hotel would not offer a 1pm late checkout. Room a getting a bit run-down and bathroom was not as clean as I'd normally expect from a Hilton property; soap residue in sink.

Anything left in a room refrigerator will be tossed. We learned the hard way, due to too much chaos, and too many people trying to be ready for checkout. Not the hotel’s fault we lost expensive items.

My overall impression of the hotel is good. The strong points are the newness of the hotel and the rooms, the breakfast, except for the lack of availability of mayonnaise for the breakfast sandwiches, and the plentiful parking. The lower points of the hotel is the generally mediocre service, not terrible, but not great. Certain Hilton brand hotels are noted for the availability of a limited free supply of toiletries, so I asked the fellow at the front desk for some shaving cream, and they gave me two tiny packages which were not adequate for even one shave, and even that was provided grudgingly. The fitness facility in the hotel is adequate, but a major downfall is that the water machine has no water, just tiny cups. The large water container that goes on top was not there.

Bloody wash cloth and meth pipe in my room under the covers and they did nothing didn't offer to move the room or change bedding and they will give a key to anyone without checking the I.D. and they will hand over your personal info to other guest and the GM is worthless and no one there understands what clean and health codes are not care for the guest at all Hilton falls very short on everything here

The front desk was amazing , and the room was very spacious . However we had some stain hand towels, and bed sheets . So that made it very unsanitary . The bed was very squeaky also so it made it hard to sleep when you're turning .

Overall terrible experience. Had to wait to check in because no one was at the counter. Got to the room and the comforter was stained and a dead bug on the floor. I had a headache so I went down to the lobby at 15 min later to get some Advil. I waited for 20 min and no one ever came. So I thought I’d try to squeeze in a workout before my meeting and both treadmills did not work. No worries I’m flexible so I thought a hot tub soak would be nice as well BUT the jets did not work after turning the dial and it was more like a Luke warm bath. Won’t be coming to this location ever again. The only good thing was the guy working at night found Tylenol and brought it up to my room, the rest was just a nightmare.

We wanted to have a relaxing get away from our kids. We almost did except the hot tub was exceedingly way too hot and the pool was way too cold. Besides that we were very comfortable with our stay. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the kitchen amenities.
