Well designed rooms and experience. Great lobby, nice bartender, and their service is above and beyond. The guest experience manager for the night, Galie Jaddunath, went out of her way to help me get much needed contact solution before the end of the night. This is a star manager and friend right here. Service like this alone deserves 5 stars...

Everything about this hotel deserves 5*. From the beautiful lobby to the fantastic service to the large and well designed rooms! Even the gym is one of the nicest hotel gyms I've been to with plenty of cardio and weight training equipment available. The toiletries are nice and the housekeeping staff is on their A game. They clean the room...

We stayed here for an anniversary weekend. The room was lovely with a spectacular bathroom. Quiet, relaxing, beautiful linens. The Constantine bar on the lower level is cool, hip and get their Old Fashioned. Monello has a nice patio, interesting menu and great service.

Came for a conference in May. The hotel is very well maintained , rooms and public areas kept super clean, service mostly very good, food was great, bed and room amenities perfect for the traveling person. The fitness center large. A good size inner pool with jacuzzi would make this place even better.

This hotel is awesome. It's luxury at its best. The staff was helpful, polite and welcoming. The decor is refreshing. I stayed her for a conference and the staff made our stay very pleasant. I will be staying here again. It has a spa and two bars and a restaurant all on site.

I can't go back to the Marriott after this. Such a nice hotel. Room was so lovely, I skipped a trip to the Mall of America for room service and HDTV viewing. Room service was prompt, delicious and actually reasonably priced! Bathroom was beautiful. Dean & Deluca snacks in the mini bar. Yum! Hope to return soon.

The hotel staff go above and beyond to make your stay as seamless as possible. The hotel amenities are top notch, and you will not find a nicer hotel in downtown Minneapolis. All in all, a true 5 star hotel!
