I usually stay at the double tree while in Minneapolis. It is well located in downtown and easy access to anywhere. The staff is terrific. Friendly, helpful, always have the customer in mind. Food is very good for a hotel too. Nice bar/bartender is on point! Rooms are a bit older, but still well maintained. Overall, a very comfortable place...

Prompt resolution of our broken room heater. The desk was courtesy and sent the tech right up. He even called his dad to get advice! His dad was a retired tech for the hotel. Had to love that. And he apologized for the inconvenience, which you sure don't hear every day.

I stayed here with my husband on NYE. It was our first year as a married couple and I had some Hilton points that I wanted to use and we thought why not go downtown for the evening? When we got to the hotel, the location was perfect for our needs and we were able to walk everywhere on that...

The Double Tree hotel in Minneapolis is my first choice when staying in the Twin Cities. The cleanliness and service is second to none. The breakfast buffet is amazing and worth the $17 price tag. The location keeps you close to the action while being quiet enough for quality rest.

I stay in hotels on business several times per month, and I must say the customer service at the Doubletree Suites is exceptionally good. Every interaction I have with staff members, from front desk, to the bartender, to the housekeepers is infused with warmth and genuine hospitality. I know this level of excellence is the result of leadership and reinforcement,...

Chose this hotel as close to Orchestra Hall. Average accomodations but overpriced. Restaurant messed up the meal orders. Tiny bathrooms. Good beds. Close to downtown activities. Parking can be congested. I would choose the sister Hilton one block down--but full when called.

The Double Tree is very nice. It's an older property, and sometimes shows a little wear, but it's still a great place. Be aware if you book a suite here expecting two separate rooms you will probably be disappointed. The rooms are divided by the bathroom, but there is no door between the two. If you need that, please ask,...

The week I was there for work the temperature was literally most days negative degrees. Basically the city was a frozen tundra. However, the front desk staff made us all excited to come back "home" from work each day. They were the most helpful, friendliest staff I have ever come across in all of my travels (and I travel for...

A little expensive for the room but it was a great room and experience. However, the amazing staff make up the price. We needed an extra set of blankets and pillows, and they were upstairs within minutes. And the cookies, are amazing haha.

Love the room, love the courteousness of the staff and love that there is a laundry room. Location is great, bed quality is also good, and there is a starbucks downstairs that you do not have to go outside for. That really help on cold days. :) Will come back for sure when staying in Minneapolis.
