Important info/facts It is paid underground parking. 23$ a night. No motorcycles. There is a separate elevator for the parking lot and skywalk. There is a 100$ retainer when checked in. No receipt is given until after check out. This covers room damage and your parking. You cannot have a receipt from check in if you bought it on a mobil app. You have your receipt in your email/app. Upon entrance to parking you will get a ticket. Take to the check in. You’ll get plastic keycard for later use for parking. It is only for parking. You keycard for your room is necessary to move the elevator to get to your room. The emergency stairwell is unable to be used for entry and takes you outside. I am not used to this type of security, but it does feel a touch safer and reduces the risk of opportunity smash and grabs. Opinion time: Would I stay again? Yes I unfortunately got a pet room so there were potty stains. Thankfully nothing smelled, but still gross (no I didn’t have pets). The check in process was painless but I wish the lady had given me the run down of what I just told y’all. The restaurant in the hotel is a little pricey. It has almost 5 star food though. If the rest of the hotel was as good as their hotel restaurant. Wow it’d be amazing. There is a pretty sweet work out room on the 17th floor. Really nice equipment. I don’t know if it costs more to use because the check in lady wasn’t informative. No cleaning service because of COVID.(this is a plus for me, less people!)

Kinda expensive, but that's because of the location. It's a basic hotel. Clean. No frills. I read here to avoid the rooms with no windows, so I called the hotel ahead and asked them to give me a window room. Was glad I did. I think room next to me was empty, so I didn't get a sense of the noise level. I did hear street noise, but that's to be expected in a big city. It's a pandemic, so hard to tell regarding some things. For example, I left a tray that I had brought up from the restaurant with a coffee pot and cups on it, and it sat outside my room for 72 hours. Was still there when I left. The front desk people were super nice. I had a headache upon checkin and the nice front desk lady gave me waters, extra coffee refills (I asked) with creamer and sugar, all in a little bag.

Overall pretty disappointing stay. Let’s start with the good, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. That’s about it. The room looked like it was designed by a class of kindergartners. Two different throes of tile. Disjointed wallpaper and or art and the room was large but so oddly layers out that there was just tons of wasted space. The staffs attitude could be described as indifferently best. It difficult all over with staffing so I’ll give them a pass on that. The shower was the worst. Couldn’t take a hot shower, only a warm one, and the water press was just nonexistent. Literally took a few minutes just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. No room service so we brought a bottle of wine and when we called down and asked for some glasses they brought us styrofoam coffee cups. When I asked if they had anything else I was waved generally in the direction of the restaurant with a look that said don’t bother me. The bartender was great and loaded us two glasses. Just not the level of anything I’ve come to expect from a Radisson.

Very nice hotel in a great location in downtown Minneapolis. The staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that we were given an interior room that was described by the front desk clerk as a “quiet room”. This really meant a room with no windows. This made it difficult to have any concept of night and day. I’d stay here again but never in this type of room. We honestly should’ve received a discounted rate.
