Newly renovated. Asked to have a down free room ready when we checked in late. Did not have that completed. Disappointed given the reservation personally said she put it into the computer and they had 31/2 hours before we arrived at 9pm

The manager would not cancel a booking for the next day as the time to cancel was expired by time less than two hours while yet I stayed in the hotel tonight. The booking made in error and the facts came out at check in and the representative at the desk Molly was very helpful…
We stayed at the Graduate after a MN Loons soccer game the summer of 2018. What a fun, eclectic place to stay! We had bikes with and they let us bring them into the lobby and locked them up for us. I'll be back!
Everything about this hotel brand is fun - the location near an undergraduate campus with many students in the lobby, the excellent restaurant, and the decorations in the rooms all are different from most hotels. I really enjoyed walking around the hotel reading quotes from Herb…
